Placed an order through the mobile app and after approaching the drive through we realized the app messed up and placed our order twice. I forgot to get the name of the manager that helped us, but she went out of her way to help us sort things out and get us a refund. I really hope the treat her well, she went above and beyond

Alright, not to overkill a compliment, but the district manager and up needs to hear this. The Taco Bell staff on nights today did amazing on my order honestly I am scared to order fast food late usually I don’t even if I’m hungry, that goes for anywhere, but everything was fresh and polite staff I got one persons name Christian, that guy knows how to talk to customers.
