Just got to smoothies and they both were so nasty we had to throw them away. Went last week and had to throw that one away also. Tropical Smoothie is my favorite but I will not return to this location. It is too inconsisten. Also this last time they handed my smoothie to me with it so full the lid would not seal and it was running down the sides and everywhere. Asked them to clean it up they did a tiny bit. Handed it back with still all o er then it drips out from under lid and go all over me and all over my car. Then to drink it the taste was so nasty.

My favorite and home town tropical. I place mobile orders and they are fast! I never have to wait and they always say thank you when I come in. I always love how clean it is as well. Peanut butter cup is my favorite, plus protein! Thanks guys for always being friendly and consistent.

Loved everything about tropical smoothie, but staff ruined it for me on multiple occasions.
If you are making online order and picking up at this location don’t be surprised if you will receive 0 customer service.Every time I would pull up to get my order cashier at the window/drive through I’ve been greeted with attitude.They act and sound like you are not wanted there and you are bothering them with your presence.
So many people looking for jobs and willing to work with good attitude and professionalism, but this place keep hiring teenagers with absolutely no knowledge in customer care and service ethics.
I really didn’t want to leave this review and been giving them so many chances to change my mind, since I work in retail and know that some days just can be rough and not everyone are very good at keeping their negative emotions to themselves, but if you can’t provide professional service and decent respectful treatment to your customers you don’t belong in food service or any type of work that requires interaction with customers.

Hello,

I’m a regular at the Broken Arrow location and have also dined at the Claremore location many times. I visited yesterday, and as always, the food was great. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding a small but impactful service difference.

At the Broken Arrow location, salsa is always provided with a quesadilla without needing to ask, and that has also been my experience at the Claremore location in the past. However, during my last two visits, I’ve got none salsa. Then yesterday requested it.
When I asked yesterday, I was told, “They don’t come with it, but I’ll do it just this one time.”

While I appreciate the accommodation of this hard worker. the response made it seem like I was asking for a special favor rather than something that has always been a standard part of the meal. Having salsa with my quesadilla significantly enhances the experience, and not receiving it—especially when it was previously included—has negatively affected my last two visits.

If this is a new policy or cost-saving measure, it comes across as prioritizing minor savings over customer satisfaction. Given that I live near this location and have been a regular, I’ve received salsa without issue until now. If this change is intentional, it would be helpful for consistency across locations, as other stores I visit still provide it automatically.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of better understanding the change and whether it’s something that can be reconsidered.

Used to be really good when it first opened but the last couple of times the smoothies has been…flavorless. I usually get the blimey limey and the only thing I taste is a hint of strawberry. No taste of lime, orange or pineapple. I’m almost positive I taste the multivitamin more than anything else. Even the color is has been really pale. It’s like they forgot 3/4 of the ingredients. The employees are really nice though and the inside is always clean.
