Everytime we go they mess up our order. I was really frustrated because I wanted a chocolate frosty and they told me they only had chocolate frosties. After I paid they bring out the vanilla. Communication on their end would've prevented an upset customer.

I was the only person in line and they had me move to the front of the building to park and wait on food that took far too long for what I ordered. No icing on cinnabons... dry as can be. The sandwich tasted like soggy nothing. The caramel coffee was terrible. Very disappointed in my first trip here, probably why I've never been until now because I had a feeling it would be a waste of money and it was!

Went this morning to pickup a couple of biscuits and a couple of sausage muffins. The sausage muffins looked and taste like they were made yesterday. They were cold and hard. The plain biscuits cost more than sausage muffins. Disappointed to say the least.

I had ordered a pretzel baconator and they didn't put on any bacon. I went over to the counter with said burger and told the cashier. I EVEN SHOWED the cashier the burger letting her see what was on the burger. She took the burger to a brown haired boy on the line and told him what it was and that there was no bacon on it. The boy took the pretzel baconator and started running his mouth saying that there was bacon on it while putting bacon on it. I am SO UPSET WITH THIS BOY and his UNPROFESSIONALISM that I'm am seriously thinking of never coming here again.

Don’t even bother with this Wendy as per usual the pull my small ass order for one person around to the front to save there drive thru times once again after know waiting in the front parking lot for my food I am then handing to old ass burgers on two crappy buns with no bacon on them it was two bacon double stacks when I called to let them no my order was messed up I was given the same tired excuse they used the last four times that it was a new persons fault well maybe y’all should train them before you leave them in charge of making food
