My first time going through this drive thru, I didn't have enough to cover the entire cost of the food and a wonderful worker Abby, paid for the rest for my ticket. I want to say thank you for you for paying the rest of the tab so my children may eat , and I definitely recommend this place! Thank you so so much 💗 and for the record I tried to tell them to take it off and she said no she will take care of it

Every time I’ve ordered online and arrive at the later end of the pickup time I’ve had to stand at the counter for over 5 minutes. Food is always cold and half the time missing something or wrong and the inside of the restaurant stinks, idk if it’s the cleaning supplies or what but it’s bad. There’s 1 employee who’s always really nice though.
Turn some heat on in this place. Everyone eating was wearing their coats. I ask a worker why so cold and was told corporate will not let them turn heat on. To cold to enjoy your food.

I don’t do this very often but holy cow they were BAD tonight. They messed up one order 3 separate times. They forgot a kids meal, #13, and a standalone burger. We went back in. They ran out the rest of the order. Surprise! They forgot the standalone burger again. Got home just to find out they screwed up the kids meals and gave them different cookies/brownies. Also discovered they forgot the straws, gave the wrong sauces in the chicken tender meal, and the fries were cold. We were the only ones there. I don’t know how to fumble it any worse.
Whoever is running this store, get it together.
