Placed an order for the pizza and wings special through the app and it still took 30 min not the 15 minues the app said. I still ended up waiting almost 25 minutes on one occasion and 15 minutes on two separate occasions. Not happy with their service.

Ordered o line a jumbo pizza a Cleveland Ok. The pizza was burnt, crust was broken all the way around so gross.

I spent $43.49 for a family special and a salad..... my pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni on it. In fact 1 slice was just cheese and the deluxe Supreme was lacking most of its toppings. When I called to place the order I was treated like It was an inconvenience and annoyed and so very rude.... probably should've taken that as my first red sign. I wasted my money and I will not be doing that again.

This is a really unaccomadating
Mazzio's. It's really no surprise they have a 3.7. The restaurant used to offer a Monday through Friday lunch buffet just like the Tulsa locations but they cancelled that about a year ago and started doing the buffets on Thursday nights only from some strange hours like 6-8 PM. No thank you, too many screaming kids at that late night hour. It's a shame too because the pizza they offered was good, at least four-star pizza. I don't think they're able to keep a full staff.

Gonna give them two stars. They're essentially useless.

They don’t seem to know how to make pizza, which is disappointing for a pizza joint. They messed up our last two orders. I understand that mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But after they messed up our second order, TWICE, with barely an “I’m sorry,” that was it. My wife waited in the store for over an hour, waiting for them to get it right. We will not be eating here again. You’ll be better off buying a frozen pizza from Walmart.
