They don’t seem to know how to make pizza, which is disappointing for a pizza joint. They messed up our last two orders. I understand that mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But after they messed up our second order, TWICE, with barely an “I’m sorry,” that was it. My wife waited in the store for over an hour, waiting for them to get it right. We will not be eating here again. You’ll be better off buying a frozen pizza from Walmart.

Food was okay. I got salad and wings. Had to ask for a fork and a container to put dressing in. Boneless wings was okay nothing special. Staff acted like I was bothering them to place my order. Would not recommend them.

Needs an entire new staff. They have a very bad "if you don't like it go somewhere else" attitude when they constantly mess up orders. The staff is always huddled together and slouched over counters talking as if it's free period at high school. The food should at very least be presentable yet it's thrown together like slop. Maybe if the management would actually make there employees do the job they're paid to do, and not come to work simply to gather and hang out then the Company would receive better reviews. But obviously they have no intentions of bettering the company, or proper customer service training would be a must. The employees represent the company, and that says it all. Absolutely awful place full of very unprofessional people.

I eat at mazzios quite often and 70% of the time, the food is okay but lately I've been extremely embarrassed to even be ordering from there. The pizza has either been cold, not done, made wrong, burnt or stuck to all sides of the box instead of being on the actual pizza. Tonight my husband and I were gonna be kid free so we decided to order in and have date night. We both ordered the sandwiches with fries. We ordered at 5:07, was given a 20 minute window time and got to the store a little before 5:30. Expecting our food to be ready, pulled up to the window and had to wait another 15 mins because our fries weren't done. Right before receiving my order, the cashier tells me that one of my sandwiches fell on the floor when he was putting the fries in the box. Okay, it happens, cool. Was given a refund for one sandwich since I got the other one. Got home and was just gonna split the food with my husband. Opened up our sandwiches with only 9 fries in the box to see this! Not only was the sandwich soggy, the bread was molded! I called back to let customer service know and was told my order was put in, I was issued a full refund and they were gonna put in a rush order and i would have my food at my door in 25 mins. Okay, that's fantastic! At this point it's 6:05, our food didn't get to our door until 6:56, it left the store at 6:23. We received our sandwiches nice and soggy with Luke warm fries ? needless to say, tonight was the last night we will eat at this mazzios.
This place was an absolute wreck. The server at the counter was so rude. I have been going to this Mazzios since it was built and the staff and the cleanliness has never been as bad as it is now. Corporate really needs to do a surprise check on this restaurant. The server/waitress was hateful to my 77 year old uncle and talked back rudely when he asked about his pizza. Total lack of respect.

What kind of restaurant closes two-thirds of their dining space in the middle of prime dining time (6pm)????? The cashier actually had the nerve to tell us to move to a different area. We don’t want to be crammed into a small space with a bunch of other people when there is plenty of space to spread out. There are plenty of other places to eat in Cleveland. We won’t be going back.
