I ordered breakfast on the app about 20-30 minutes before it was over even marked that I was there and got in line to pick it up at 10:20 and the people in front of me took a little bit, got in at exactly 10:30 on the dot and they told me they won’t be fulfilling my order because breakfast ended that minute at 10:30.

Ordered my food at 2:46. I get the order at 3:05 not overly long but still long and the only thing warm in my food is the nuggets, cold fries, cold quarter pounder it was a super long wait for cold lunch.

Spent a long time in the drive thru parking while I watch 7 other guests get served, when I finally went inside and inquired about my food I was told I was waiting for fries no apology and an excuse about to kitchen staff arguing manager was very short with me and when I called the franchise number on my receipt no one ever returned my call very poor representation of a national icon.
