The establishment was very clean and the workers were very nice knowledgeable and friendly. The presentation of my food was amazing and it was hot and delicious. I travel a lot and this is definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in a very long time, thank you

I don't eat McDonald's but maybe once a year..I've been back to this 1 3x they're really nice an kind country folk..I appreciate the customer service an the help as I stated I don't eat there but maybe 1x a year so im not familiar with their menu..got the chicken stripe new ones an they was delicious with the creamy chili dip nice combo with a sprite was a good lunch

Every time we come Cleveland McDonald's something is always not working from the frappe machine and now today my wife wanted a sprite and no surprise the pop machine wasn't working

Always the slows at getting out food I think it's time for a crew that want to work & get food out to their customers instead of parking 4 car back to back , where's management at because this isn't fast food ridiculous to have to park to wait 15 plus to get 2 happy meals not even meals
I do not recommend going any time after 4. The teenagers tend to work then and i almost never get hot fresh food when they work. Night crew often have bad attitudes and i've seen them standing around with a phone in their hand multiple times. I recommend morning and afternoon if you are going to eat here. At 9 pm the other night, I waited 15 minutes just to order and then another 20 just for a medium quarter pounder meal(the fries were cold). Not to mention it's a privatized business so prices are way higher than the typical corporate mcdonald's. Understaffed, high pricing, and bad attitudes. The only reason it's still open is because Cleveland has limited food options imo.. I hope they do better..

I have NEVER experienced this horrible of customer service! A guy took half of our order in the drive thru. Then, a rude lady came back on the speaker and basically blamed us for the wait because it was a large order. Took the other half of our order. Of course, one of our meals was not in the bag. When I don’t her, she said it was our fault and that I would have to drive around to place another order!!! After almost 30 minutes, we have our order!!!! All she had to do was apologize for the mixup. But she blamed us and was incredibly rude when I went inside to order the lost meal!! Do better!!!
