I have NEVER experienced this horrible of customer service! A guy took half of our order in the drive thru. Then, a rude lady came back on the speaker and basically blamed us for the wait because it was a large order. Took the other half of our order. Of course, one of our meals was not in the bag. When I don’t her, she said it was our fault and that I would have to drive around to place another order!!! After almost 30 minutes, we have our order!!!! All she had to do was apologize for the mixup. But she blamed us and was incredibly rude when I went inside to order the lost meal!! Do better!!!

Man fries barely full and cold. Burger was dropped on the floor and was still served. Plastic was found in fries. Completely nasty attitudes. I am dissatisfied
General service is fine. Service takes a hit when they charge for condiments and syrups. This is a management issue. Not good customer service . Pancakes cost pennies to produce. Should give 2 packages for pancake stack. 1 pack does not wet the whole stack.

Cleveland McDonald's is ADA complient, there's not alot of #handicapaccessible parking spots though. This is a small town McDonald's, unfortunately no one is in a hurry there so you'll wait for 5 minutes for your order. It's also a flip of the coin if you get fresh hot ?. Most employees are friendly here. Floors are usually clean and condiments are filled. The ladies room was gross unfortunately, reeked of upset stomach and toilet paper on floor. Best advice, use the drive thru and hold your bladder.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few handicap parking spots. Restaurant is ADA complient.
