There is only one reason not to eat here: when they're closed. Run by grandmotherly-types (and i wished one of them was MY grandmother), the food was enjoyable. I had a ham/swiss melt on a roll and a chicken soup. The sandwhich was very good, but the chicken soup was to die for. And for those interested, there's a gift shop connected to the restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

Marvelous hometown Diner with home cooking and delectable pies that sell out very quickly. There's also a gift shop on one side and a flower shop on the other side of of the Diner. No need to walk outside you can get to them from inside the restaurant. I love how it's all connected. If you're traveling through this cute, cute little town, be sure to stop here and grab a bite for breakfast or lunch.

Stumbled across this place after a day of golf and so glad we did!!!! Chicken salad on a grilled croissant was so good and my new way to eat these. The pies are homemade and they have custard pie that taste just like grandmas!!!! The staff were such a delight!!!

The ABSOLUTE best reuben I've had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. The kids, wife and I loved talking with the owner. Highly recommend the club sandwich for a first timer for sandwich. This will definitely be our family's new go to sandwich spot!

Menu says bbq sandwich comes with coleslaw and pickles but when it arrived it was in a unsecured bag with a only a small portion and small bag of chips. Should not have delivery option with this terrible service.

Everything I have tried has been so delicious! The millionaire pie is my favorite!! The people who work there are kind and have gone out of their way to be of assistance . It's right between two shops that are adorable and have great variety for gifts and flowers and even tanning. A great place to grab a quick bite to eat and relax and do some shopping.

Don't expect any kind of service here. It's strictly order at the counter and pick it up yourself and find the silverware etc.
We are here with a tour group of 45 people and had a wonderful experience! The sandwich, potato soup, salad, AND dessert were ALL delicious! ? Miss Ann and her employees made sure we were well taken care of. And the nice little gift shop was an unexpected surprise! There is ample seating at beautiful solid wood tables and chairs, with some at the front window to look out over the main street.

The Cran-Apple chicken salad sandwich ?? That was DELICIOUS, and I’ll have to get it again next time I’m in Clinton!!! The atmosphere was very quiet and cozy when I was there, we also had our food in less than 5-10 minutes it seems!

My husband and I tried to call in an order today, 02-22-24, asking for a decripion of the sandwiches . The website jus had ppls reviews of sandwiches but no what exactly was on them....the young lady that answered the phone sounded a little frustrated w my questions and then began to take a rude tone with me the more sandwhiches I asked for ( I am allergic to tomatoes so just ant order anything by me) when I stopped the order and told her I felt that her tone was rude she quickly snapped back and told me her tone isn't rude ...how would she know how she sounds otp so no I have never ate there and would not recommend it unless you're interested in poor costumer service.
