I went to the McDonald’s in Clinton Oklahoma this morning on my way out of town and went through the drive thru…. One car in front of me and I still sat there for five minutes get to the pay window and he asked me if I wanted a reciept? Yes I answered and got none….. next window manager was walking around and talking to people and pay guy came to do drinks and hand out food. I asked where my reciept was and he said the trash…. Asked why my meal with my drink was 10 dollars and he said I got a hot chocolate which was a higher price….u can’t let someone know?? No reciept !!! And then the food was nasty. Too much tortillas and very little eggs tortillas were hard and crusty. Try calling the store and all numbers go to the corporate office……spent ten dollars for food I couldn’t eat and hot chocolate was cold milk……

I ordered 2 burger meals using the app. When I arrived to pick it up through the drive thru I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. I waited 10 minutes and when I got my order, I was . missing a burger. If you order through the app, I would think your food would be ready when you arrive to pick it up.

This used to be my fave McDonald's between Clinton and Elk City, but when I'm being nicer than they are (I had three screaming toddlers) there's an issue. Service has been crap lately. I even stopped going to McDonald's for awhile because of service and I start back all good at first, now every time I go they snatch my card throw it back at me, have zero patience. And I understand being busy but when you're making the customer feel bad for ordering... That's a problem!!!

Fries taste like theyre microwaved today, and my double cheese burger.... well its other half is missing.... ALWAYS something missing. Pay for extra, get half.

My son and grandsons just ate from there . My youngest grandson had nuggets but didn't get his sauce. Son went to counter and ask for some, he was told he would have to pay for it even after he told them no sauce came out with food. Not a matter of cost just principal. Come on man.

Not the worst but definitely could be better. Service can be unbelievably slow at times and the food consistently is hit or miss at best. But you can eat for cheap here unlike other fast food places so I guess it's a trade off.
Evening employees are top notch! Double checked our order to make sure it was perfect. Dining room was very clean and stocked. Restrooms were clean and stocked properly. Food was prepared properly and still hot but something was amiss with the flavor. It cost me $30.oo for 2 meals plus a shake. Shakes are too sweet and had a flavor of iodine.
