My mom and I stopped here for an early dinner yesterday, and let me tell you, the carne asada was the best I’ve ever had! The steak was so tender and juicy! The Mexican potatoes were thin and crispy, and the avocado salad was perfect!
We ordered shrimp tacos and couldn't taste the shrimp. To much pico, cabbage, mexican cheese and sour cream sauce on it. The chips were not fresh, and the salsa was too much of a tomato taste and not salsa.
The guacamole and white queso were good. The waitress was friendly.
Definitely prefer the Gonzalez restaurant at Tish. (Although I'd prefer they use white queso and make their salsa a little less spicy).
The Monica is awesome and service was amazing.
