At 7:50pm Tuesday night, I went in to get an order of gizzards. They don't close until 10pm so if necessary I was willing to wait. Employee said they were out and had shut down the fryer so he couldn't fix anything else. I asked if they closed at 10pm (2hours away) and he confirmed they did but closed the fryer down at 7pm. That means not only no gizzards but no extra chicken, potato wedges or anything else for 3 hours. Management really needs to check this. Talk about lost revenue.

The guy in the back not doing anything takes customers orders when he feels like it. He called the manager from the back to ring me up and she said she didn’t feel like doing it. I thanked them for wasting my time. Clearly nobody gives af.

The food is horrible. Not flavor at all, the sides don't even have any flavor. Got a large mashed potatoes and large Mac n Cheese and 4 biscuits. Took a few bites of the Mac ate a biscuit with the mashed potatoes and threw it away. $17 down the drain, literally only had a few bites and couldn't take it. But the employees were very nice and it was clean, not their fault the food is garbage.

Got a 2 piece chicken combo. A breast and thigh and both pieces was dry n over cooked. The Biscuit was hard as a rock. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here.

I went to chesters on 8/6 the boy working was very nice but the food wasn’t even edible. The biscuit was so hard i couldn’t even break it in half much less take a bite. The tenders were so dry And chewy the only thing I could even eat out of my $13 meal was the wedges. I will NOT be going back.
