We were driving by and found this cafe and I’m so happy we ended here! I absolutely loved the service and the food was so good with top offs of great Hot coffee. Definitely if you’re near by it’s a must. Loved it ❤️
Walking into Ernie’s Café feels like stepping back into a familiar chapter of my life—one filled with early mornings, good friends, and even better food. We used to hit the original Ernie’s nearly every day, and while times have changed, the heart of this place hasn’t. I’m so happy that it’s been brought back by Chris and Jennifer Hix, Ernie’s grandson and his lovely wife! They are just the sweetest and the food is insanely good!

Ernie’s Cafe in Colbert, Oklahoma is a hidden gem! The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home — you can tell it’s a true family-owned and operated place. The food is absolutely delicious. We tried the burgers, catfish, and chicken, and everything was cooked perfectly.
