I have spoke to the Manager of Subway and Chester's Chicken many if times and they strive for excellence! They have won different awards for how good and fast it is at that location. The employees all seem nice and polite. They also are very good at washing their hands before putting gloves on. The sink is out front even for you to see they do so. All in all I think its the best place in Colbert Oklahoma to go. Both of the restaurants are located next to Love's Travel...
Floors had puddles of water everywhere from where a girl was mopping and not wringing her mop out.. husbands steak and cheese was cold, tomatoes were old and partially frozen.. We will stick with loves subs in town..
So the food is great when they actually make what you order. My boyfriend ordered the monster and they ended up giving him a meat ball sub (on multiple occasions). Also when we go in and the younger staff is there it’s a great environment and amazing energy. But when we go in there and it’s this older lady that’s short and heavier set she’s so rude and has to make rude comments. Like if you ask what bread I want I don’t need a “of course YOU do just like everyone else”...
