If I’m being honest, management needs to be replaced. The quality and cleanliness has significantly decreased. I have PERSONALLY seen workers smoking pot outside and other multiple occasions working while clearly high - which I would with great confidence say this could be part of the reason a lot of the orders are incorrect lately based off the recent reviews. Rarely do you see familiar faces as the workers seem to cycle in and out. I’ve heard complaints from current employees that they aren’t given enough hours because new hires take priority. Why not give good tenured employees the hours? Everything about their management seems so wrong.

I love mcdonalds coffee.. this place makes it perfect every time! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great experience would recommend. Always clean inside.Restroom clean and fresh smelling. Plenty of free parking.

This McDonalds just keeps getting worse. On a good day they are okay with service time. There have been so many times we have gone through the drive-thru and they tell us to hold a moment, then you have to say something to even get them back to take your order. This has occurred even when they were not busy. This last time I waited 10+ minutes at the speaker, and 10 minutes in the line before that. I saw quite a few people leave the line, one even after placing an order. I wish I could say it is because they are busy but this isn’t an issue just when they are busy. Then there is the issue of having you pull into a lane to wait after you have paid, we have even made it through there before and had at least 5 other cars leave with food that were behind us in the line. We left after not being answered. I try to take into consideration that it’s just because they are busy, when they are but the fact it is happening even when they are not, I can’t even believe the reasons I come up with in my head as to what the problem could be. The new one on 86th has been great every time we go. So that will be our new place from now on. Waiting 30 minutes in a drive through seems a little much when the second lane is still moving and most of that was at the speaker waiting for someone to take our order. I really hate to give a bad review on something that I would normally tell myself to just have more patience, but this has just gotten absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been too! Last night I ordered an MM McFlurry. And they forgot it so I went back up there today and figured I’d order 2 spicy snack wraps while I was there. And what did they give me?!?! Freaking ranch!! Not to mention I had to stand at the register 10 mins before someone even acknowledged me and another 30 waiting on my order (that ended up being wrong, AGAIN!) I live down the street from this place and I promise more often than not something ends up being wrong. Do not go here! Travel a little further and go to the one on 76th street if you can!
Over worked employees, customers waiting 20 minutes just to place an order. Poor girl working behind the counter getting yelled at by customers due to lack of management and only 3 workers here. This is absolutely ridiculous, will not return to this location. Spent 25 minutes myself just to get my food with things missing. This is clearly a management issue as the workers are doing everything they can. Shame on the management here and if corporate sees this, this is the worst McDonalds in the area.
