Only five customers in store and drive-thru window was not busy.
All of the tables, chairs, and floors were very dirty with food scraps, dirt, paper napkins, food boxes, and straws.
Bathrooms were extremely dirty.
Children's play area was even worse.
All employees were having BS session in cooking area the entire time we were there.

Arrived at 4:55 AM and sat at the drive thru waiting for them to open. At 5:00 AM, the menu came on and I was informed they wouldn't be opening until 5:15. A couple minutes later they tell me I can't wait at the menu board. I pull into a parking space near the menu. A car pulls into the drive thru a few minutes later and is told to pull up to the second window. I pull back up to the drive thru and am able to order at 5:08. A silly and slightly frustrating experience....
