Sonic Drive In

We ordered at 12:09, we got our food at 12:36. I just don't understand why it takes so long. I ordered a double bacon sonic burger my wife and kids ordered chicken and burgers. Mine was the only one that was messed up. No bacon, mustard and it was supposed to be mayo. My strawberry sprite had hardly and strawberry. When I called I got a snotty woman that said why didn't tell us before you left. I'm done.

This location is just like the one in Skiatook. I give up with any Sonic actually being good.

Keeping the east side Sonic tradition of ruining a classic eatery. This may be the worse location yet. They cannot get a single order correct. Today we got two oreo blasts. One small and one medium. The small was bigger than the medium (we weighed them). There was not any cookie in the ice cream, just the particles on top. There were also a huge void at the bottom where there was nothing. The last time we were there we ordered two burgers and nothing else. The bacon cheeseburger that was supposed to have no mayo, had no bacon, no cheese, just a ton of mayo. Almost like they did it on purpose.

Ordered one thing, just 1 thing, for breakfast a sausage burrito, they didn't even get that right...I got bacon. I've been here a handful of times. They never get my entire order correct unless it is only a drink. I'll stick with the one in Collinsville.

I will not be coming to this sonic again. We came yesterday morning on the way out of town. I had an order for myself and three kids. I apologized at the window for the substitutions as I have long covid and CAN NOT eat sausage or bacon. She just took my card and let the window close. We got down the road and we had an extra burrito that we had paid for. They both had meat and I couldn't eat either of them. Next time we will just stop at the QT right beside them. Will not waste my time here again.

Best sonic in the area! Service is notably better here than other nearby options, food is fresh and orders are rarely wrong. Even at lunch your wait time is minimal here.

Sat there for about 10 minutes after the sign said Mindy was on her way with my order. My lunch break is only 30 minutes long sat there for a total of 20 minutes. Had to get a return as now I do not have time to eat or relax at all on this lunch. I work a very physically demanding job and today I will be doing that on an empty stomach thanks to this.
