The young man that’s in charge is completely unwilling to be helpful. Always rude and dismissive. I simply asked if they did a partial payment and he told me no I know for a fact that the POS system allows for that and he just didn’t feel like figuring it out that’s the third time I’ve spent $20 on a meal to have really bad service. Manager on 6/22/25 she was rude. Really rude with customers. Restaurant was dirty. No napkins. Wasn't very busy when I arrived. A few customers while I was eating. Definitely needs a lesson in customer service and being polite not so rude and impolite. Other employee was very quiet.

Waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Manager had a 16 year old kid who just started in there by himself. He was very overwhelmed and apologized a quite a few times. I’ve been meaning to post a review from prior visits as well. They definitely need to evaluate who is managing this location. Food is fine, service is AWFUL

Tried to use a coupon to get a 6 inch sub and the old lady says that the coupon doesn't work for roast beef sandwiches when the coupon says that it only excludes their Garlic Roast Beef sandwich. This lady needs to find a new job if she doesn't like to do hers and ring people up properly. Told them they could keep their sandwich I'm not paying full price when I have a perfectly good coupon.

Love some good subway, but this particular locations service isn't great. We moved to the area and stood there without being acknowledged at least 10 minutes and left. I tried it again, and this time, it was only about 5 minutes of waiting to be helped. Neither time was anyone ahead of us . It's not like they've been busy.
