Waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Manager had a 16 year old kid who just started in there by himself. He was very overwhelmed and apologized a quite a few times. I’ve been meaning to post a review from prior visits as well. They definitely need to evaluate who is managing this location. Food is fine, service is AWFUL

Tried to use a coupon to get a 6 inch sub and the old lady says that the coupon doesn't work for roast beef sandwiches when the coupon says that it only excludes their Garlic Roast Beef sandwich. This lady needs to find a new job if she doesn't like to do hers and ring people up properly. Told them they could keep their sandwich I'm not paying full price when I have a perfectly good coupon.

I go in there and there is two girls working on an online order while i walked in here. I dont wanna wait for the lazy human who ordered online . Lets work on mine and get me out and then get back to the lazy neck beard’s sandwich when i leave in 5 minutes. Do better

Love some good subway, but this particular locations service isn't great. We moved to the area and stood there without being acknowledged at least 10 minutes and left. I tried it again, and this time, it was only about 5 minutes of waiting to be helped. Neither time was anyone ahead of us . It's not like they've been busy.

I’ve ordered on the app to this store quite a few times and they almost never get my order right, it’s worth it to just go to owasso if you really want subway
I had a friend who worked here and he showed me a picture of a rotisserie chicken bowl that feel on the ground and the manager made him pick it up and use it. The manger is always on her phone and doesn’t ever hardly help the staff. I only come here because I like the food but now I’m scared bc of seeing that picture.

Excellent experience! Ordered online, arrived early, greeted by friendly staff who let me know my order was just about done. It was ready on time and all 3 sandwiches were made as ordered. This is our go-to Subway shop and usually order online.
