Amazing little local coffee shop where they roast their own beans , make delicious coffees and have great deli sandwiches. \n\nStaff are super friendly and the prices are great value for money.
Exploring downtown Collinsville, and happened to stumble across this coffee roaster/deli. My spouse ordered a honeybee, and I ordered a bonfire hot Cocoa.
Drink breakdown:
The honeybee is exceptionally well flavored and balanced. Note, a small is actually very small. The price is on point in comparison to other coffee shops, and or drink stops in general.

We checked out another local shop (The Enchanted Children’s Bookstore) on Saturday and decided to pop in and treat myself at T3. As a frequenter of Dutch Bros due to convenience (3 kids make drive thrus a no brainer) I am absolutely swayed! The staff was so kind (I wish I got your name! The cutest girl with red lipstick and a black and white striped shirt was working) and the coffee was so perfect. I can’t wait to make a trip back!
