Cupcakes she was supposed to make were over 3 hours late. She changed her story so many times about them, first they were done but no one was at the store, then she said they just needed one last touch, then she said someone had sold them accidentally that morning. All were obviously lies. She was super rude when we finally were able to get the cupcakes... 3 hours later. Cupcakes didn’t even taste very good. Now she won’t return calls or answer to get any kind of refund.

Ordered a Pecan Pie & Pumpkin pie for my company Thanksgiving Luncheon. Pumpkin was good, but the Pecan was not set & the crust was hard as a rock. Hard to cut, sharp knife cut through the foil pan. Also, not worth the price. 8" pies, I was expecting 9". Stick with cakes!!

Walmart cake to the rescue!!!!!! So my nephew’s 1st birthday party and got the run around when it wasn’t ready, they said they would make it right but hasn’t. Not answering phones. Seriously? This is atrocious! No memories, no cake with a ton of people who arrived. Not happy. Don’t use this lady. Don’t waste your time.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! If I could give less then 1 star I would. I resently got married and ordered my cake from the Cake Lady. First off it was over an hour late, tried to call multiple times with no answer, someone goes to the bakery and noone was there. Cake finally gets there and its smaller then what I ordered and paid for. Very expensive cake. It remotely resembles the cake I ordered. Then when we cut into it, its nearly all frosting! I think she realized she made the wrong size and tried to beef up the size with icing. It was awful. I absolutely will never recomend her and will not spend a single dime in the store again.

I attempted to purchase over a dozen cupcakes 1 hr before the scheduled close, only to drive from Tulsa to Collinsville and the door is locked. A super nice girl working came to the door and told me the owner is gone to pick up her boyfriend and the employee isn't able to ring customers up so the bakery is closed for the day. This is a bakery I was looking at for a wedding cake and cupcake order. I will just move on to another bakery, how disappointing.

I realize things happen, but this is the second time things did not go as well with an order from this place.. I went to pick up my grandson’s birthday cake and was told it would not be ready until 4 pm

She was 2 hours later than the Time she said she was going to be there... we almost didn’t get a cake tasting because she was so late. Once we started cutting the cake we realized she did completely wrong flavors. As expensive as she is I really expected better. It was terrible and especially on someone’s wedding day, that is already stressful enough.
I was told this place was great and the cakes were amazing "if" you can reach them. I have tried every form of communication to contact them to place an order. I was very disappointed when my calls, emails, and fb messages weren't returned. Once I was finally contacted all I got was a message with a ton of excuses why she hadn't gotten back with me but not once was the reason for my calls and messages addressed. So I asked again if the cake I requested could be made and no was the answer I got. As a small business owner myself if I have a potential customer who feels like I haven't taken the extra step NO is the last thing I would tell them. I would go the extra mile in hopes they would be a return customer. That's called customer service.

If you are thinking about ordering a cake, cupcakes, or anything from The Cake Lady Collinsville DO NOT DO IT! Worst experience ever. Ordered and paid for Reid’s 1st birthday cake, smash cake, and 24 cupcakes from her months before the party. I might add it wasn’t cheap either, but it was my baby’s first birthday so I wanted it to be special. I called the week of his party to tell them my mom would be picking the cake up and confirm our order. They said “no problem see you then”. Fast forward to the day of the party, my mom goes to pick the cake up at 3pm. They told her it wouldn’t be ready until 4pm (even though it was supposed to be done at 12pm). My mom comes back at 4pm. Still not done, said they would deliver it at 5pm. Mind you the party starts at 5pm. We had no choice but to agree. Well guess what the cake and cupcakes do not show up until after 6pm. No attempt was made to call me to tell me they would be late. Nothing. Not even an apology. No offer to refund me my money or even part of it. Absolutely nothing. Oh, to top it off what was delivered wasn’t even what was promised. And again I’ll mention it wasn’t cheap. Oh yeah I forgot to mention my mom ordered our cake for the baby shower from the same place but she told my mom “her fridge broke” and the cake got ruined the day for shower. Unfortunately I believed her and thought I would order from her again. Well lesson learned. Never again. Just absolute terrible customer service. And so dishonest.

I will NEVER. I've had SEVERAL people say they had a bad experience. Here's one. My friends grandson birthday came around, and they were so excited! The ordered some cookies and paid a pretty price for them. The day of the party she said her refrigerator broke and ruined the cookies... Right... I don't believe that for a second. Not after all the "excuses" that I hear. Not only that, she remade them, and they were sloppy... Also she was THREE HOURS LATE! The party was over by then. She was VERY upset. She said never again. Sad.
