Most people hire a baker because there is a special day coming up and you need a cake or something special by a certain day! We hired Hollie to make 16 dozen cookies to pass out for St Patrick’s day for businesses in Duncan! We paid 2 months in advance 900 dollars! When it came time for the cookie pick up she pushed it back because her kids were sick the next week she was sick by the next week she could t do it so offered to do Easter cookies well guess what she didnt deliver because “something came up” so now the holidays have passed we don’t need the cookies anymore so we tell her we get it life happens just cancel and we just want our money back! Well Hollie proceeds to say there’s no refund.. how crappy is it for a business owner to cash a 900 dollar check for goods she didn’t deliver and now ghost us because we want our money back! I get a no refund policy but considering you are the one having the issue the right thing to do would be just give a refund back. Hollie did not deliver in the time frame we wanted she didn’t provide the service we paid for and now is going into hiding! It doesn’t matter how good you bake when you do business like that you should be ashamed of yourself! Do not recommend she’s a scam artist!

This led my wife to try to surprise me with one for Valentine's Day. Our full price supposed to be Valentine's Day cake was ordered very specific and every aspect was failed. We ordered a $65 three tier, heart shaped, gluten free, chocolate peanut butter cake was to be made before Valentine's day ended up being three weeks late with horrible communication from Hollie and very wrong. Between it being a very small one tier cut to look like two (still the size of a small one tier)the round shape. Let's forgive the shape and look and size paid for the flavor was not great, it was seemingly uncooked like batter not fudge or whatever excuses were given when my wife asked but for $65 this is embarrassing.
Not to mention the sad excuses for peanut butter cups on top that were not even Reese's just some off brand cheap tasting homemade peanut butter cups. When asked no refund was going to be issued even though it was not correct. So after giving up and accepting a replacement again we get the runaround not receiving communication. Again no refund or a replacement with messages being left on read.
I would be ashamed to put out such a poor product. Not sure what happened but this cake wasn't it. Would not recommend. It's one thing to make a mistake but such a huge misstep in customer service and communication is very shameful and dishonest.

Wow!!! I needed a last minute cake and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find someone who could get it done with short notice and with it being Valentine’s weekend. But lucky for me. I found Hollie! She took my very vague idea and came up with what my mind imagined but my words couldn’t express! It was the perfect cake! It was not only beautiful, but oh so delicious! All the guests were raving about it! The flavor set it apart from any other cake I’ve had. I can’t wait for the next time I need a cake. I’ll definitely be going to Hollie!

These were gifted to me and the whole family enjoyed them! The frosting and sprinkles to decorate were so cute. The cookies themselves have a very great flavor, better than any sugar cookie I’ve ever had and a nice texture as well. Such a cute and fun gift that tasted great. My 3 years old exact words were “mmm yummy cookie” ?? I give them 5 stars
