Had a fun time talking with the owners about the history of the business, and had a delicious burger and fries…and some ice cream, of course! Great vintage diner/gas station atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Dairy King is an iconic diner on Route 66, known for their tasty, juicy, and fresh burgers. The friendly staff, including the wonderful owners, make the visit enjoyable. The inside is a tight squeeze with only four booths, but there is also a drive-thru option for a quick shake and burger. While wheelchair accessibility might be a bit tight due to the small area, the ground-level entrance makes it possible. A great spot for a nostalgic meal with plenty of parking available. It is a great piece of history not only for Route 66 but the area as well.
