The food looked great. Chicken Fried steak looked amazing. The meat, however, was tough, grizzly, and dry. My toast had garlic butter on it instead of regular butter. I was very disappointed with the lack of selection of sweeteners, only sugar and sweet and low. Sent my coffee back due to that. Wasn't asked if I'd like anything thing else to drink. I was given a small cup of water with my coffee. But not once did the waitress ask if I needed it refilled. Offer to refill husband coffee 3 times. When we checked out, we were asked how things were there wasn't an apology offered at all. Very sad as I was told this was one of the better places around to dine.
