Simple Simons Checotah was a train-wreck for the past decade. New owners, new remodel so thought we'd give it a try. Placed an order online using their app and picked up the pizza at the appropriate time. Got home and was very disappointed...tasted like a bad frozen pizza. Ate two slices and threw the rest away. Went on with my day and later same evening sat down and thought "hey, maybe the new owners would appreciate some honest feedback about my experience today"...so I messaged them about my experience ...pizza bad, but drive thru/convenience good and didn't ask them for a thing! The reply basically blamed me for the pizza being bad because it sat their for 36 minutes waiting for me to come get it. Long story short the owner "says" their internal system isn't showing when someone orders a pizza for a "future time" instead of right then...so they were unaware my pizza wasn't supposed to be made right away. I sent them feedback because I was in the restaurant business 25 years and I figured they would appreciate knowing - especially since they are new. Well, they clearly don't appreciate a customer and I was told they're ok if I don't come back because I was being "very aggressive". So then since I was the problem all of a sudden I asked for a full refund since by their own admission I received a 36 minute old pizza due to THEIR incompetence and was promptly told they would NOT issue a refund. Ok, snowflake - clearly you're too d*** to see I was doing YOU a favor... there's a way you treat people and be successful, then there's this way they are...it's a shame.

The simple Simon's was in a quaint country store right off the highway the people were very nice and friendly they served me a hot fresh calzone and I enjoyed every bite on my way back to Dallas Texas
