I want to give a huge shout out to our Arby’s !!!!! I made an online order, shortly after received a call from an employee “apologizing that their shake machine was down and can they substitute with anything?” It did not just stop there, I picked up my order and there was a nice note, again apologizing for the shake machine being down, and a five dollar coupon for my next order!!!! Great Customer Service Guys!!!

How many guys does it take to serve 1 walk in customer? Apparently 5 isn't enough. Walked in, waited a while to even be acknowledged that a customer walked in. Made my order and watched 2 of the employees amazed that they found a thick piece of cheese. Took them a least 2 minutes to put it on the bun. Waited another 7 minutes for my order as several drive thru customers were getting their orders. I expressed how I wasn't happy about the long wait. Finally got my order and was told be careful the fries are hot. I said too bad the rest of the meal isn't as I was walking out the door. A sarcastic "Have a nice day!" was all I got. No apologies. Yes. I did cuss as I walked out the door. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS ARBY'S! I know I won't

People are nice but the sandwiches seem to barely have meat on them, even when getting the larger portions. Just a bit expensive for what you get. Beyond that tastes fine. It's fastfood /
