When I went there, they charged me significantly more for a substitution (not extra) without telling me the price ahead of time when I called to place the order. I would've changed my order had I known. It wasn't even worth it, as they didn't put anything extra... doesn't look like much toppings at all. The salad was frozen on the bottom and was basically just iceberg lettuce with a few shredded carrots on top. When I contacted them, they didn't do anything, not even apologize....read full review
