The food is okay, except for the ranch dressing, the best out there imo. The cashiers are great, so friendly and nice. I just wish they would give the building some love, it needs it badly.

Let me start by saying if you order off DoorDash. They don’t have any safety stickers to make sure the boxes stay sealed and unopened by the dasher. Very displeased with that. Second, they just sat my cups of ranch on top of the pizza. Like what? However, the pizza was edible so that’s a plus.

I've always ordered online, most of the time they do okay but the last 2 times my stuffed crust pizzas has been really undercooked. I normally just throw it in the oven and finish it. This time I called to complain was transferred to customer service and they never answered.

Worst pizza i have ever ate anywhere!..disgusting..even had bubbles in the pizza from over cooked..shame on you guys saleing that hubcap with sauce
We got our pizza and half of the cheese was off the pizza on both of them. I called to let them know and the customer service person said I will see if they can remake it and put me on hold before even letting me respond. My kids and grandkids had already started eating it when I seen it and when she came back on the line she said they will remake it but you have to return all the other pizza. I said I don't want it remade because they already started eating it and she said well that's all we can do! I used to do major business with Mazzios but haven't done so in quite some time due to the poor service! Very disappointed and will NOT be doing anymore business with them again!

Went in for dinner and in the middle of ordering the cashier walked away, she didn’t complete it and forgot to add drinks we asked for. I ordered wings and my husband a pizza. His came out and my wings didn’t, I waited 15 minutes before asking about them and in another 5 minutes they brought them out. They were so tiny, smaller than my thumb…no exaggeration! Not worth the price or the wait. Poor service and disappointing food! We will NEVER return.

Went up there for dinner sat down and waited for a half an hour until my girlfriend went up to figure out what was going on. There was only one other group of people in the dining area. She asked for a menu and the "waiter" offered her a huge menu before finally telling her could order online. She ordered a medium and a large pizza both hand tossed. The "waiter" brought out a thin crust small pizza and didn't know why it wasn't hand tossed. No big deal we sent it back. Then they bring out the large but it wasn't a large it was a medium, but at least it was hand tossed. I will not be going back here the wait staff was rude and didn't try to help us with ordering or even fixing the mess ups they caused.
