This is the worst restaurant to order pizza I have ever had. We ordered a pizza delivery at 6:15 New Year's Eve 2023 knew it would take some time they said 45 minutes this was okay we called back an hour and a half later and they put us through to what was supposed to be customer service we sat on the phone three times each for almost 30 minutes no one picks up. Will never order here again!!Horrible customer service and the pizza is not very good either when you do get it.

Manager named Kim completely disrespected an employee infront of my family and I due to a simple mistake said employee made. Don't disrespect your employees infront of customers, please and thanks.
For several years i have ordered delivery from this place once a week. Tonight i ordered i received a text it was on its way and then after an hour i tried to call and no one answered so i drove up there and knocked because by this time they were closing. The manager told me that the drive didnt get an answer and had tried to call. I showed her my call log to prove no one called me and told her no one had knocked on my door. She then told me i would have to call the call center in the morning to get my money back and there was nothing she could do about it. I will never order from them again.

Horrible service! I never write bad reviews but this was ridiculous! The water tasted like chemicals. We waited 40 min for just one of the things that we ordered, 5 boneless wings. 10 min later our sandwich came out which was good but the fries with it were cold. Waited another 10 min for another order of 5 wings. No apologies were given by anyone and the manger probably was unaware because he was on his cell the whole time.

I go to mazzios here all the time and I absolutely love it always amazing food but I never get the buffets because every time I do it’s not worth it. I decided today to try it out again and I wish I didn’t, terrible!!! Every pizza up there looked like it had been there for a bit so I got a cheese stick and decided to wait for fresh stuff, 30 minutes later not a single pizza was put out and it was only 12:00, we paid 20 bucks and didn’t eat anything but a few cinnimon rolls. I’m not trying to come on here and be a Karen or anything but it was completely crowded and dry dry pizza it’s just plain rude!! On top of that there was pizza sauce all over the floor I didn’t see and I fell dropping all my food and they didn’t even think to clean it up. I love this mazzios and I will keep going back but I am disappointed with the buffets when people pay for food they should be able to eat good not sit for ever waiting and nothing fresh ever comes out and it was lunch rush hour!!!! Disappointed

I have liked Mazzios salad bar for years. This store is clean and the salad bar is really good. We also sampled the Mikes Hot Honey wings. The wings were surprisingly delicious.
