We tried El Senor Salsa for the first time on Sunday. They draw a nice crowd on the weekends so we thought we would give it a try. On entry we were seated quickly without a smile or even a word from the hostess. Our waitress continued in the same fashion with no smile through out her service. Our food arrived hot and fresh and in a timely manner. It was very good. The restaurant looked clean and well maintained. As with going out to eat we all like to enjoy the ambiance and the social atmosphere that dining around others brings. However, there was a waiter that was quite unprofessional in my opinion. Whenever he carried drinks or plates of food from the kitchen to a table he would yell “BEEP BEEP.” Now I understand not wanting to run into someone while carrying a plate of food but this seems to be a routine for him. So much so an elder lady was walking past our table in the isle with her cane and moving rather slow. She was almost out of the isle when he comes out of the kitchen with a tray of what looked to be Margaritas. Instead of just waiting till she took 3 more steps out of the isle he proceeds to BEEP BEEP at her and literally squeeze past! She was clearly taken aback by his rudeness as were we. Customer service should always be a priority in business. It is what I put at the top when evaluating what we choose or where we go. I hope this was an isolated incident because their food was good.

It cost $2.50 just to use your debit card. And they charge $1 just for ordering a togo order. He is passing his business expenses off on the customer. Watch out because he will also add extra meals to your order and try to pass it off. Wanted to argue that he didn't charge us for an extra meal. The owner was just very argumentative the whole time. Definitely don't come here, just drive to Broken Arrow or the other places in town...

The food is good, I usually order the same thing and it always tastes the same so it is dependable as far as what to expect. I wouldn't say it's a fancy place, more like a family owned Mexican restaurant but they are friendly and for the most part pretty quick in their service. I don't frequent this place often but I do like to go occasionally.
