So few fast food places in Coweta that are "good enough". This is one of them. I think other chains are better than Sonic. Its too expensive for what it is, but I will still eat here in a pinch

I don't know what's happened to this Sonic but never used to have issues. Today is the 2nd time in a row I pull up to the drive thru with no one in line and it took almost 15 mins to get my food. The same lady at the window, not friendly at all. Took her over 5 mins to even acknowledge me, never apologizes for the wait or even cracks a smile. By the time I leave there's 7 cars behind me in line and I only ordered a breakfast burrito meal. The tater tots are so overcooked they're hollow. And seems every time I pull up the employees are outside smoking, this time right outside the drive thru window. Terrible food and service overall.

This & the other time I ordered from this Sonic were a pleasant surprise. My order was taken, received accurate, and most of all the food was hot & fresh. I am so used to getting hot dogs that are dried out, tough, & nasty tasting that I stopped going to Sonic. This & the last time I went I actually got a fresh, tasty, hot ex long coney on a fresh bun, and same for my French fries. So, I dared a 2nd visit and behold, the same thing. About time! I stopped going to sonics due to the POOR quality of food but I was really hungry & in a hurry so I ventured to waist my money on food I believed I would end up only eating 1 or 2 bites & the rest to the trash. Very happy that did not happen.

I used to go to this sonic weekly and get the supersonic burrito with no meat and no onions and they always turned out great. Today I went and when I ordered my burrito the same as always they told me it didn’t come with onion, but when they brought it to me it definitely had large chunks of onion inside. I got a replacement, but this one had very minimal ingredients inside so it tasted almost like I was just eating a tortilla with a little cheese, AND A PIECE OF SAUSAGE. It’s a good thing that I’m vegetarian for health reasons and not allergic to meat.

This was a good Sonic,but no longer is. The food quality has went downhill and the employees attitudes leave something to be desired. I was not informed that a chicken sandwich would take 7 minutes to prepare until after it took 5 minutes to get the attention of an employee, who immediately put her hand up in my face and then turned to get someone else...whom I assume is the shift supervisor, her shirt was cleaner and a different color. As I was asking her why my order was taking so long, I saw it get bagged and sat out of sight. Instead of picking it up and handing it over to be given me, the person who took my order stepped outside and began a smoke break, and the shift supervisor just looked over at it like she wasn't sure if she should go ahead and get it or wait for someone to bring it to her. After this, I just asked for a refund and left. It took over a week for the refund to appear on my account. I would have changed my original 5 star rate to an absolute zero if I could, the quality of this Sonic went down fast after new management took over. Too many young kids without a strong work ethic have ruined this location.
