Went in for lunch and had a great sandwich. The girls behind the counter were very friendly and willing to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Top notch service. Keep up the good work Jackie and everyone else who works there.
Update: Changing from a 1 star due to the manager making it right. She called, apologized, and offered to remake my sandwich. I was unable to return on the date I told her I would. She called me again to ensure I knew her offer still stood. I went in and she made my sandwich herself and it was amazing and not toasted. For the manager to go out of her way to make things right really helped. I appreciate her very much!

Jacky made my experience great with her knowledge and friendly/welcoming tone. I was pretty indecisive when I came in, luckily Jacky made some great recommendations and I was able to decide.
The food was great, I tried the nachos and they turned out awesome!!
