I order door dash from there and it’s always trash quality the other Taco Bell’s in broken arrow are better this one 9/10 terrible food thrown together not hot missing ingredients and sauces always

This place his hit or miss, sometimes its good.... People are nice, but the food quality generally is very poor here compared to other bells, everything seems like it doesn't have enough meat or beans, and its just not as good as other locations.

Ordered a Mexican pizza meal and they totally botched it. 1- didn’t give a straw for my drink. 2- they didnt cut the mexican pizza so not only was it difficult to eat with the plastic fork, but it was stuck to the container. 3- overall the food tasted like crap. What a waste of $16 for my daughter and I.

They stopped serving breakfast items here since it’s franchisee owned and not a corporate location as of October. Can’t get Taco Bell breakfast anywhere in Oklahoma now. I want my breakfast crunchwrap and Cinnabon coffee man, now I gotta leave the state to find it?
Don’t think I’ll be coming back since they removed half the menu by doing this.

The night crew are a bunch of lazy. 9:30 we ordered 7 tacos, a nacho fry and 4-5 value meal items on the app. Left the drive thru, while checking the bags they forgot all the tocos and the frys weren't even warm.

The location is great. Right off the turnpike in near Reasor's and other shopping. We've needed stuff like this on the south side of broken arrow. Food was good and service was amazing.
