Poor service! I’ve tried numerous times to call to let them know I never received my order. Called DoorDash support and tolled me to call you, yet you never pick up the phone. I want my money back or my order!

Went in to order no one came to the counter, employees were cussing at each other ended up going to drive thru. The guy in the drive thru is extremely rude and unfriendly.

So putting food in a bag upside down where my chalupa falls out when grabbing a burrito is just lazy and lastly yall should retake burrito rolling classes.. 1 bite and the butito falls out the back is crazy and a waist of my $9 dollars! Its just taco bell but im a blue coller guy just trying to have a good meal at lunch and it was bad enough that i took the time to write this..

Cantina tacos have 3 tiny peices of chicken. It's all cabbage. They were so good at one time. Very disappointing. And expensive now. Won't be back

Don’t get ripped off. The Beefy five layer burrito should weight 8.1 ounces. The one I had delivered was 5.7 ounces. Terrible quality control, my god.

I am not one to leave a bad review but this Taco Bell is the WORST Taco Bell location I think I’ve ever been to.
I’ve ordered food 3 times in the last month with hopes service and quality would be better because I love Taco Bell, but every time I’m severely disappointed. The food looks nasty, or old, and my quesadilla came in a Mexican pizza box, with the sides hanging out into my bag. The quesadilla itself wasn’t cut, and one half of it had an abundance of cheese and sauce while the other half was completely empty. I ordered cheesey potatoes with no sour cream and they didn’t take it off… while we’re on the potatoes, how does one eat them with no silverware? This was a to go order off the mobile app, the order was put in at least 20 minutes in advance, we checked in and were told to pull around to wait for our food. I appreciate them making it fresh, but we were the only ones in line waiting. If you’re going to have slow service that is fine as long as it’s good service, but you cannot be slow and crappy. I have no issue waiting for good quality food, but if the food sucks then there’s really no reason it should be slow to come out. My last complaint is that the people handling the food had gloves on, which I appreciate, but they didn’t change the gloves at all, touching the food, the monitors, their faces, even their hair, and then handling my food. Completely disgusting.

Late night visit, cars we're wrapped around the restaurant. Order taker was clear and calm, manger was seen, at the pick up window, in background working and directing her team to it happen. Good job! Food was 100% correct and well made. Thank you.

Haven't been to Taco Bell in a while.
I remember getting more bang for your buck, but not the best food. Today was the opposite. The Chicken Cantina bowls were tasty but definitely not worth the price for how much was in the bowls. I ordered no rice on one but got no rice on both. 2 bowls for $17.

Food wasn't bad quality but I ordered a chicken cantina bowl and when I got it, the bowl was half empty with about 7 little chunks of chicken it with a scoop of rice and light sprinkling of lettuce.

YoY cost of $ChiknCSDA is up big. But cheese inventory has been reduced 75% and chicken volume is at all time lows, almost non-existent. It appears corporate is trying to push even more operating cost onto the consumer. Ready for Q2 earnings, hoping to see record profits!

The food was not fresh at all and tasted stale. The nacho fries had no seasoning and were not cooked all the way. My bean burrito had chucks of beans in it, meaning they didn’t even make it all the way through.
