The food was not fresh at all and tasted stale. The nacho fries had no seasoning and were not cooked all the way. My bean burrito had chucks of beans in it, meaning they didn’t even make it all the way through.

Not anymore... Ive given this location 3 chances and all three times, the food is stale, or dated. 3 tacos, Dr. Pepper, 10 piece chicken. $20+ plus. The DP and Fire Ranch sauce I really liked.

It was late evening, the food was hot and correct. However what really lacked, was the atmosphere. Nothing like trying to eat a family meal, but having several men standing over your shoulder while waiting for door dash orders. The dining areas aren't normally busy, I'd suggest a specific place for them to wait, instead of right inside the door.

Heartbreakingly, the last 3 times my boyfriend and I get food (around 10:30pm because I work closing shifts), this location has forgotten at least one item. Today they didn’t add my chicken chalupa for my Luxe Box. I lost my appetite because that’s literally the only item I was looking forward to.

I ordered cheese fiesta potatoes...all potatoes dry and older and same thing in spicy potatoes soft taco too

This location is so hit or miss. Ordering door dash? Your order will more then likely be correct. Order in store? Check your food because more often then not something will be messed up. Sometimes it's great, sometimes you order a gordia crunch and get no lettuce and barely any cheese.

Shawna took our order tonight, and she rocks! She took the time to tell us about the different deals and promotions that are going on. We didn't feel rushed when ordering, which was great for my husband, who dislikes ordering for everyone in the car. All around, it was a great experience.

I order door dash from there and it’s always trash quality the other Taco Bell’s in broken arrow are better this one 9/10 terrible food thrown together not hot missing ingredients and sauces always

Ordered on the app and ended sitting in the drive through for over an hour. After that I decided I was done waiting and went in to get my money back. They said we had to do it on the app. Well on the app we only got offered a $10 coupon when the meal was $23. Went back in hoping a manager would make it right, but no just said nothing they can do so now we’re just out $23. Will never eat at that location again and will very much enjoy telling everyone about the experience hoping they will also avoid this location.

Well, glad they got rid of the decades menu, for whatever this crap is supposed to be. Burnt, inedible hunks of charcoal. Thanks Taco Bell, for being the only thing open and reminding me why I should just eat at home.
