The best Mexican food I've had. Mendez couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be back tomorrow.

Hot and fresh. Amazing staff.
Love El Rodeo. Oddly I'm not a fan of the salsa. Which usually determines it for me. But, I hey do everything else right, including the price, and they don't cheat you on queso.

so my husband and i went here for a lunch date, and the food was delicious! we both loved our meals and we really likes the customer service...
however, on the menu, it says "5$ Large Margarita", so I decided to order it thinking it wouldn't be very large and I received a 64oz margarita. not complaining about that, very well made. but, we go to pay and it says the margarita was 18.99$!!! we immediately asked for the menu and pointed out that NO where on the menu does it say that it is 18.99$ for the large margarita. it very clearly says 5$ margarita - tax included.
I wasn't expecting a 64oz margarita, I was expecting maybe a 12oz or 16oz for 5$, only to be told that the 5$ is a SMALL. absolutely fuming right now.
food was amazing, service was great, but after being essentially scammed out of 20$, we won't be returning. fix your menu and then maybe we'll come back.

Very typical of every other moderately priced Mexican restaurant that you find in every other small town. Absolutely nothing special. Lots of ground beef and queso.

My experience here was wonderful. The enchilada was fresh tasting, and the shredded chicken wasn't dry at all. The taco was good, but the shell tasted a little stale. Regardless, it was filled, not skimpy. Now the chili relleno, let's talk about this. I, in my personal opinion it was the best I've had in a long time in Oklahoma. The pepper was roasted probably, and the skin was removed before being dipped into a light batter (not the thick batter more then pepper) wasn't prefrozen frozen, then lighty fried. It was the star of the plate. The combination plates don't come with rice and beans, so that was a first for me. I'm assuming that a side order that needs to be ordered if you want it. My combination choice only allowed one sauce, so I opted for the cheese. It was gooey goodness and a good choice. The chips were thick and surprisingly very tasty, and the salsa had a good mild flavor. I would recommend and return.

The service overall isn't bad, but when you realize that they charge you per glass for fountain drinks, and you end up paying three times more for drinks than food, I can say there are better places to go. Charging per glass for fountain drinks is just ridiculous and totally not cool. The service in general is not bad, however when you realize that the drinks being fountain drinks are charged by the glass and you end up paying 3 times per drink than for the food, I can say that there are definitely better places to go. They shouldn't charge per glass when it's a fountain drink, that's abusive.
