Horrible experience. Way overpriced, drink fountain was broken, food was taking forever, staff was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. Definitely won't waste my money on this location again!

the lady in the drive thru with blonde hair and glasses was extremely rude. told my husband do not ask me to get golden chick again. if roles were reversed and i was the one in the window and you were the one in the car id get shamed because i am a younger person and your my “elder” do better. i did a mobile order and stated that the app is stupid when it didnt save my selection for the up charge for the larger drink. i didnt have an attitude i just made a statement to which she jumped down my throat

Good chicken and fries at the Golden Chick! Traveling for work and never heard of Golden Chick. They got me with the name. Friendly staff recommended the tenders, which were very good. The fries were crispy and delicious. The green beans were good, but not great. Plenty of food and the chicken was good quality. Order took a while, but other than that good experience.

The young man went over and beyond to make sure my mom's food was amazing and done right. It was her first time eating here. She was so tickled about the okra! My sandwich was awesome 👌 shout out to Nathan!!!!! Great costumer service

Ordered for with my daughter, waited for 15 minutes while several people ordered behind us and they received their food before us. Went to the counter and asked where was our food? The lady said someone must have taken it cause they called our number. They never did and then had to wait another 5 minutes to get the food and only got a apology. No refund or anything. Unsatisfactory!!!
They have the best chicken tenders and I really enjoy their green beans.
