Call in an order on Sunday, December 29, 2024 7:00pm, wrong address when order was called in. I just happen to check with my grandchildren to see if the food had arrived and I was told no, so I to see what the problem was the order was cancelled. So I made another order made sure the address was correct this was around 8:00 pm, received a text from driver stating the house was abandoned house. I called again to check the address I kept getting the runaround finally spoke to a manager supposedly she stated my money had been refunded and that they were going to try to deliver. I called my grandchildren still as late 10:29 pm Sunday no food ever delivered. They took it as a joke in their nasty inconvenience store. I will bad mouth them until I get their attention. I could have driven from Tulsa and delivered it myself and been back to Tulsa within the 3 hr time we waited for a delivery person which was never delivered.

The pizza, cheese bread and calzone wasnât as good as it usually is. The calzone as tough to chew. Salad bar could have been better. Salad was brown, onions were soggy. The place needs clean!! Very very dirty. I will not go back to this location.

The most disgusting mazzios I've ever been in. The boothsand tables were all sticky and nasty. The employees were all in shitty moods and shitty attitudes. We waited over an hour for our food when there wasn't a single customer in there besides my husband and I. It was absolutely horrendous. If I could leave a negative star review, I would.

Ordered a pizza for pick up told would be at 12:19 PM. Got there to pick it up at the drive-through window at 12:29 PM was told that it would be a few minutes. I parked the car I went inside. They had four tables with customers eating. The restaurant salad bar had wilted lettuce, it was not appetizing to look at. Waited 12:51 when I receive my pizza. Watch the lady in the back cutting it. She looked mad and unhappy to be working there. Got the pizza home it was supposed to be a large the Works specialty pizza. Look like gas station Pizza it had hardly any toppings. Iâve had the works almost every time I get a pizza from Mazzios at any other Mazzios and this did not look like Mazzios Pizza. Will not be going back.

I normally donât complain about things, because I believe everybody is human and make mistakes. Thatâs how we learn! But this one has me scratching my head. Let me preface this by saying, I have eaten at Mazzios for over 50 years, and have not had one bad experience, until last night. (Tues. 7/30/24). My boyfriend and I were at this Cushing, Oklahoma Mazzioâs ( 2234 E. MAIN St.). We went in, ordered a large 1/2 Greek and 1/2 cheese hand-tossed crust pizza, to dine in. Along with side salads and drinks. The young lady that waited on us, was sweet. We ate our salads and waited on our pizza, which Iâm guessing was about 10-15 minutes. Which was fine! But the pizza was brought out, and the whole pizza was a Greek. I donât like Greek, thatâs why I ordered my half, cheese. So we told the girl, (same girl that was at the cash register), she apologized and took it back. ( it ended up on the all-you-can-eat buffet table. Which was fine with us). Then about 10 minutes later she brought out a large pizza, that was 1/2 Greek and 1/2 cheese, but it did not have any marinara sauce! We told her it didnât have sauce on itâŚshe went to ask someone in the back, then came out and said that they donât put marinara sauce on 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. Well at this point we were getting frustrated, so we had her bring us a to-go box and cups, so we could leave, before we got MORE frustrated. There were 4 other people in our part of the dining room, and they were shocked with everything we had been through. One of them said this was why this particular Mazzioâs never has anyone in it, because service is lousy. And to be honest, we didnât eat any of it, after taking it home, because we were a little leary. Not one time, did anyone else come out and apologize and try to make things right, except the young lady who brought out the pizza. I wasnât expecting a refund, I just wanted the pizza to be done right! This is the first time Iâve been to this Mazzios, and definitely wonât be back. But I will continue to go to the ones that I am familiar with. Is it true that you donât put marinara on 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas? Again, 50+ years of eating Mazzioâs, and never heard of this.

I called in my order I got here 20 minutes later my food still wasn't done it took another 15 minutes to get my spaghetti and she never handed me my drink she didn't know my order she thought it was funny I will never be back to the store again this happens every time I come here the staff is a freaking joke they need a manager that will enforce rules
