Sat outside at the order menu for several minutes and no one ever said anything. Went inside and no one is at the front. I can see people yet no one comes up. Walk over to the food side and ask if anyone is up here. There are three people for sure that I know of in the back, two of which I can see. I have to yell hello to get anyone to pay attention.

I called extremely frustrated about a happy meal for my kids. We opened the box and it was just a patty and cheese slice. The manager talked with me and went over the order preoperly. Come to find out, the McDonald’s app is what screwed up. The manager and his staff handled this very well and professionally. Thank you guys again

Make sure to check your orders because they are usually wrong and I’ve been charged for things that I did not order.

Some of the management needs to learn to listen before telling someone that there wrong . I like coming there it's convenient and fast but the prices of food doubled and it's not even fresh as it used to be but over all they got some good employees and a clean establishment

Ordered on the app and forgot to add cheese to one of my orders, upon arrival we had mentioned that we would like to add cheese and cover the additional charge- they told us that they couldn’t edit it from their side and to pull to the window. After just asking for them to put cheese on the burger at the window, they finally agreed and we paid for it. Went to the second window and they gave us 2 drinks that weren’t ours, we had to repeat our order and they still gave us the wrong drinks. Cheese was on the burgers though!

We only do the drive thru. We usually only get breakfast with buy1 get1. Dinner is always a value menu or something on sale. Usually pretty good, but we try to avoid eating out as much as possible. You do have to spoil yourself though. That's why we live!

My employee stopped at the window and give a lady his order in paper and money since he doesn't speak English an she walk away and give him his paper back and never placed the order... she ignored him since he doesn't speak any English and he was very sad.... so I walk there and did the same thing and give her the same paper and act like I wasn't speaking any English and she actually placed my order... Please... take a moment and at least get your phone to translate to help some customers that the wish to order your food and don't make them feel embarrassed....
