Can someone please tell me if there’s a policy to where they can’t give us a cup of whipped cream even if I offered to pay extra for it? Like not everyone likes ice cream, yes people want a random cup of whipped cream sometimes, like dang!

Not really sure why but the McDonald's in Cushing does not taste the same or as good as any other one I've been too. The mochas are excellent.

So far food service was nice and fast. Has never messed up my order at this location.
They are amazing. My grandpa, before he passed, would go there for breakfast and come eat with us. They always treated him great. Lyndsay is energetic and amazing! Would not be disappointed to see her as gm out there some day.
Sat outside at the order menu for several minutes and no one ever said anything. Went inside and no one is at the front. I can see people yet no one comes up. Walk over to the food side and ask if anyone is up here. There are three people for sure that I know of in the back, two of which I can see. I have to yell hello to get anyone to pay attention.

I called extremely frustrated about a happy meal for my kids. We opened the box and it was just a patty and cheese slice. The manager talked with me and went over the order preoperly. Come to find out, the McDonald’s app is what screwed up. The manager and his staff handled this very well and professionally. Thank you guys again
