The hours are misleading. We went in at 745 and they didn’t want to seat us because they were closing the lobby at 8. They let us sit down but acted like they wanted us to hurry and leave the entire time. After we ordered they let us know they were out of pan pizza crusts and made us adjust our order (after placing it) to something much more expensive with no discount offered. The majority of our order was for pan pizzas so it was very frustrating.They do a good job in the kitchen, the pizza was correct and it all tasted good.(we had one allergy order without cheese and they kept it separate,)They should definitely adjust their hours online and on the signs if they want to close 2 hours early.

Is it part of Pizza Hut's training program to teach their managers to interrupt customers in mid-sentence? I've had 3 previous problems. Did you didn't even let me get to because as soon as I? Mentioned the app. He interrupted me immediately saying they are not affiliated with the app. When was the new Yorker blast pepperoni pizza special? I got with no pepper. They said there was nothing they could do about it. And just a week or 2 ago I got 2 cheese pizzas that were supposed to be pepperoni pizzas. I didn't say anything. I went to the storm and bought pepperoni. Cause it's easier, then dealing with them. And today I get pineapple on my pizza never ordered pineapple from them in my life. But I didn't get to explain anything to nobody for the interruption. So I just left without saying word because if he wanted to talk to me. Should let me finish.
