An older lady was ahead of us in. She was terrible, making multiple orders, indecisive all the way, snide comments, then acted like it was the staff that "needs an attitude adjustment." It took everything I had not to snap at the customer. These staff have the patience of saints. All of them. Grade A service in spite of attitude.
What happened to the old staff? Went tonight and it was ridiculous. We almost just walked out. 4 people working, we were the only customers and it took forever to even get acknowledged! They seemed very easily distracted and it took so long for 2 sandwiches.
