This is the worst sonic ever. U want people to use the stupid app but make it impossible to do so...we waited a very long time yesterday for our order to be canceled because of worthless service...not our fault u have no employees...if id known I would have never stopped ..and now we have to wait a WHOLE WEEK FOR OUR REFUND...

Don't understand all the negative reviews but guarantee yall still come here especially if you live here in davis hahahah. Anyrate I haven't had any issues here as far as service yeah its up and down but dang folks these are teenagers in school working here most its thier 1st jobs give them a break !!!! 5 stars guys see ya soon .....

Terrible service. Long wait. We ordered a blast and it was completely melted when it arrived. I couldn't get anyone to answer the call button to have it replaced. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Went to get 2 drinks a shake and fries, the shake instead of chocolate was vanilla with chocolate half mixed in, and both drinks instead of dirty drinks were carbonated water with cream, had to throw everything away horrible experience. DO BETTER.
This place is trash. Food was REALLY salty like they dumped the whole shaker. Clearly stated order and they still messed it up. Nothing but young kids working here who have less collective brain cells then my shoe to fix my order. So there's no point in asking them to fix it, they would still screw it up. Not to mention my kids and I were sitting outside eating and just about every worker coming out the door was mouthing off with various amounts of profanity. Where is the professionalism these days. Take pride in your self and the place you work or quit. The only reason I come here is because it's convenient. Food sucks, service sucks.
