People eating while handling food and using glove to take money/orders but then leaving their gloves on to handle food items? These are both health concerns and gross. Managers should be better trained on these issues and enforce healthy standards Also, I asked for no ketchup on my burger but got it anyways. Yay I get to not enjoy my food now

As someone who’s worked for sonic the past 5 years and managed 3 (and still working)…it shouldn’t have took 10 min for my order. Chicken is cooked fresh in the morning yes, but it should only take 5 minutes tops. And i understand that drive thru is a little bit more of a priority but after 4 cars I should’ve gotten my order. It wasn’t until I pressed the button that I got my order. Perhaps scheduling needs to be adjusted? I don’t know, Just a little disappointed I suppose…

This is the worst sonic ever. U want people to use the stupid app but make it impossible to do so...we waited a very long time yesterday for our order to be canceled because of worthless service...not our fault u have no employees...if id known I would have never stopped ..and now we have to wait a WHOLE WEEK FOR OUR REFUND...

Don't understand all the negative reviews but guarantee yall still come here especially if you live here in davis hahahah. Anyrate I haven't had any issues here as far as service yeah its up and down but dang folks these are teenagers in school working here most its thier 1st jobs give them a break !!!! 5 stars guys see ya soon .....
