Best milk ever!
Probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had! Can't wait to try their other goods in store.

Standard braums set up. Never had the food just go for the ice cream/frozen yogurt.
Staff could be trained better to greet customers instead of just staring at me and waiting for me to say hello.

I come to this Braums everyday weither it be for a choc yougart heath mix or it be a bag of burgers Tonite I go in there and forgot my debit card but returned like 4 min later to reorder a bag of burgers no pickle and Tonite the meat taste as if it's been cooked for awhile so I called and Tonite I complained normally it's always hot fresh and taste great but Tonite was a fail....I choose this Braums because the one directly across the street from my house is never of good quality or order is not correct etc.... just want ya to know Tonite could had been amazing need to watch your hold times because the meat taste bad.... Not to mention was even warm.. getting a replacement order and I do appreciate it.... Refocus on cook less more often not more or not old until it's sold... This store is amazing however retain or keep an extra eye out on your hold times.... Thanks.. SERVICE WAS A 5 STAR... THANKS FOR BEING POLITE AND QUICK ON THOES DT TIMES....

BEST chocolate milk EVER!!! Also, in case you didn't know...they cold filter their water so again THE BEST EVER!! I LOVE that they don't serve tap water! For all those crushed ice fans ...THEY HAVE THAT TOO! Im not crazy that they charge for the water unless you get a tiny random water glass. However, I can understand for the cup and we'll really IT IS SO GOOD ITS WORTH IT! If you haven't tried either of these two items DO IT TODAY and thank me later. Lol
Dirty environment all the workers had dirty clothing
It's ok when you get the right staff. It's a hit or miss. Not that they are rude, but rather play to much instead of focusing on customers. Enjoy where you work but do your job at the same time. The one on sunnylane and I-40 is so much better worth the extra drive
