Highly disappointed with this location. Will never order food there again. Underage help, is clueless about real customer service.

They rude no great customer service. Got all these young people working there gossiping at the window having full conversations didn’t tell the price just expected to give them total didn’ turned back while handing me my change and receipt get to the other window this girl act like I owe her something rude rolling body and shoulders got irked because I asked for napkins for the spilling drinks she handed then had me to park for 3 lil burgers and fries. Rude unprofessional Braum’s I ever been to. Inside us nasty half cleaned if they have time to lean and gossip they have time to clean. Generations not days can’t be trusted with it food. Don’t feel safe eating from here and won’t ever again.

I used to go to this Braum's which is their corporate headquarters quite often when I used to work in the field and the food was excellent everything was excellent but this last time I went my fries were cold and the burger was good and the service was good

Service has to the toliet. Orders messed up every time i come here. Quit coming for months and still can't get it right. Window lady handing out the orders VERY rude.
