Frankly for a restaurant that specializes in wings they have the worst wings. Applebees has better wings and let’s be real Applebees has terrible food. I order wings from Buffalo Wild Wings about once a year because I want wings and I don’t remember how bad they are. The only good thing BWW has going is the sauce selection most are good and they use it generously to help cover the taste of the tough, gristly wings.

Not worth wasting your money on food you won’t want to eat.

I would also like BWW to know that just because the order was delivered doesn’t mean they have no responsibility. I have noticed that since delivery apps the quality of food has dramatically decreased for a lot of restaurants. I can’t say for certain why that is although I’m sure each restaurant can. What I can say is that I will be eating in a lot more and keeping my money as there is no point in wasting it on inedible food.

Bad service, I asked for an order of 15 wings and they only gave me 10, they also delivered the order 15 minutes late, and they did not give me the ranch for which I paid, I do not recommend coming here

pretty good! cashier doing all the takeout was super stressed but she was handling it so well; wish i caught her name so i could compliment her directly. she was very communicative with everyone, addressing that she was stressed and didn't catch any sort of attitude at all. my order either was pushed back?? or not started ?? when i arrived. which meant i had to wait for a minute, but she and the manager helping her were very nice about apologizing and getting it handled quickly and accurately. wings were gas per usual! only thing is we only got two ranches for 30 wings :( but not a huge deal. seems like a good location

Looking for overpriced chicken wings ? You're in the right place.
I like a good garlic parm boneless wing now and then. But good Lord this place is proud of them and even more proud of their ranch dressing.

Parking: Parking at this location is AWFUL. It's super crammed together and hard to around in the parking lot.

Sat at the bar for over 10 min without anyone asking me what I want to drink. Was ready to eat and have some drinks but got zero service. Left hungry and thirsty. Won't be coming back to the bar here ever again.

They charged me $2.00 more dollars on my credit card even though I made sure they could see the total and the tip. I did give a very gentle tip no reason to take more.

My food came out late I ordered at 6pm and my order didn't come out until 7:05pm over an hour later, normally I walk out when my food is late and service is slow but I am pretty forgiving, waitress was polite and kept my drink filled but the fact my food came out late and the fact that it was cold is unacceptable, I sent it back told them I wanted it fresh along with my potato wedges and it came back at a reasonable time and it was warm, but unfortunately I ended up getting food poisoning later in the evening due to spoiled chicken, I am well and okay but I will not be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings because of the mishandling of food, and the fact that they can't bring it out at a decent time, I won't file any lawsuit against them seeing how it's already caving in on itself, I highly recommend people eat elsewhere unless you want to get sick or worse die from food poisoning

HORRIFYING food quality and absolute garbage service as always. Wings ate DOUBLE what they are worth. Disgusting in every way and left us in pain with food poisoning due to undercooked chicken, which they encourage their employees to do every time.

Don't eat here!!! Regardless of your service,they charge you a 18% gratuity on your meals.The worst is even children are charged this amount,are here with my family an Rebecca was the worst waitress I've ever had in my life,to busy laughing and carrying on with her coworkers than serving my party,or other customers! I won't ever eat here again, probably won't ever eat at any Buffalo Wild Wings establishment period, because of the service I received here an not being able to decide my own tip amount.!!!
Completely dissatisfied with this place.My recommendation is to go elsewhere, don't waste your time at this place,or your money. A very concerned patron,for a decent service,very unhappy

I absolutely love this place but if you want Quick Service go to the bar or order online because more than half of the wait staff stands around gossiping about the girl who keeps opening the doors between the bar where people smoke and there's a baby sitting out in the non-smoking area while your order is sitting there forever. .. I would say the staff needs to work on getting the orders out to people and people who bring their babies into a place where there is smoking should know the risk... geez

Ordered at 1045 am food wasn’t ready until 11:25 40 min for some chicken nuggets and potato wedges they don’t even show you the food like they used to. The nuggets were luke warm at best 40 min to get old wings! Went there 2 days ago they forgot the cheese on the wedges. Guess I never learn about bad places with bad mgt. $26 for garbage!

Super busy, so I had a 25-minute wait. The servers were great...attentive, friendly, and fast. Also, the kitchen was very quick.
