I’m the last 2 years they have only gotten my delivery order right twice. Both times were when I was actually able to reach them over the phone to make sure it was correct.I do not like mustard but love the pretzels and beer cheese sauce. I order with no mustard and double of the beer cheese. It almost always comes with one of each or double mustard with no beer cheese. Leaving me to have no dipping sauce or run out half way through.Food quality is always good, but having my favorite items messed up almost every time just ruins the experience.

Ordered a burger with no tomatoes no sauce. Got the burger with no tomatoes but with sauce. Sent it back and when it came back to me the burger was on new buns and all they did was wipe the sauce off the patties. Which still had sauce on

Mobile order so I was there as soon as it was ready. The person at the front took a phone order that lasted about three to five minutes as I was standing there and I can't shake this feeling of deja vu as if the exact same thing happened in the past.Probably could've asked if I had a mobile order or maybe not have the person taking orders also answer calls if they take that long. As soon as I told them it was a quick in and out of the kitchen for my order..Food itself was warm-ish. These chicken bites were pretty small. Feel like I could've gotten more bang for my buck ordering those nuggets at McDonalds. Fries were stale. Overall it was not very filling for the price and I didn't feel satisfied.

Went here for a Buffalo chx sandwich. When I received it, I had to ask for the Buffalo sauce because they literally put a couple drops of it on the sandwich. Not hardly enough to taste. My husband got the hatch burger, and it was really good. It was not busy at all during the tine we went, no wait to be seated. The waitress was nice and friendly.

My husband loves the food here, and we've been to a few locations over the last few months. Some busy, some not. The last 2 times were here at Del city.Our experience last week ensured us that the food no matter how good is not worth it. It took 5-10 minutes for us to even be greeted by our server. They did not seem friendly at all. Another 5 minutes for our drinks, and they forgot my childs drink. Another few minutes for that. We asked for our appetizer to come out first before our food, to which we were told they couldn't do. Google definition of appetizer! As an ex server, this was wild to me. They were busy, but when you only have a small 3 top booth, it shouldn't be this difficult.Our appetizer was incorrect, and after leaving and coming back a couple times we were told we would have to purchase something additional to get what we needed. Which has never happened before when we order this appetizer. The manager was nice and fixed this for us, so problem was resolved. We got our food, which was okay, but when we needed something our server was nowhere to be found. They were quick to run off before we could finish asking for items (like a spoon, an extra water, napkins for example) we didn't even get the dipping sauce for our fried pickles for awhile because they kept running off and not allowing us to finish.I told my husband we will be trying other wing places. I can handle good communication when busy, but not bad service.Kid-friendliness: I don't think this place is kid friendly, beyond having a small kids menu and booster seats. It's loud, overstimulating, and just not the place you bring your Littles to. My girl is 4 and I would wait until she was 10 before bringing her to a place similar. When you get a side of oranges you literally get a souflee cup with 3-4 mandarin oranges.
