Service isn't that great! I came in today for a cup of coffee. Nothing more. I was greeted hi be with you shortly. Next thing I know 5 more employees come in. Doing nothing. I have stuff to do. Work! The guy at the register had a cast why couldn't he take my order? He was just standing there doing nothing? You have all those workers I waited for 10 minutes til I left. Mind you no one was in line before me. I understand online orders but I'm a customer too !

100% our go to dunkin. i cannot stress to you enough that if you live between this location & the location on 23rd - GO TO THIS ONE. being a barista will really make you notice and appreciate the amount of effort that you can see being put into the drinks you're paying for and it makes all the difference. ive had two employees here express to me that they take pride in what they serve (in response to me complimenting the cross hatch drizzle on my cold foam) and hearing that from a dunkin employee of all places is SO nice to hear. knowing that dunkin isnt one of the 'higher end' coffee places and still caring enough to just make your drinks look pretty earns so many points in my book. also because both of those compliments came after receiving a super half-assed drizzle from the 23rd st location. i cant speak for the food items as ive never tried any but their service is normally great & donut selection isnt always completely available but when it is, theyre pretty good. i think the lack of drivethru really helps them focus on mobile orders.

Sunnylane Drive and 15th Street Dunkin Donuts is excellent and hardworking. The team of employees and management know their tasks and concentrate to work on providing what the customer wants. Specialty coffees are made on location. Pastries, cookies, cake slices delivered to the store. Telephone orders are handled speedily. I watch the customers and employees interact when I have sit-in dining. The public-dedicated effort is superior among all employees regardless of background and age. Their is pride in their work.
Parking: Dunkin Donuts could use a slightly larger parking lot because of the present popularity of the store and better ease of leaving. Some workdays the parking spaces are full. While I am at it, a larger Dunkin Donut would be timely. That's a corporate decision. This store seems built about mid-20th Century. Wheel chair accessibility needs improvement. Automatic push-button doors for ease of entrance and the fascination of children whose parents give permission to push the button. What a memory- builder for a child to keep to old age!
We went there to buy breakfast and although there were employees present we weren't greeted or even acknowledged that we were in the store. They did look at us they never said a word. We waited for about 10 minutes all the while people were coming in and going to the pickup counter and leaving shortly afterwards. After 10 minutes of watching people coming and going but NO ONE came to the counter to help walk in business we walked out and went across the street to buy breakfast and were in and out within minutes. Sorry Dunkin it.looks like online business is more important than walk in business. And because I refuse to give you excess to my info in the app I will no longer be enjoying a childhood favorite of mine. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?

Somehow this is the best Dunkin Donuts on the planet. I have never had to wait for a mobile order. The staff is always very friendly, even when it's busy. The place is very clean and the orders are always correct. Corporate needs to come to Midwest City and learn how to run a Dunkin!!

I love Dunkin donuts!! Always get my coffee anyway I want it with my rewards and I earn points and get free coffee, donuts and whatever is on the menu also get free stuff anyways I love the prices I get my coffee with Carmel, almond milk and extra shot of espresso for $5 !! Also the staff is always so courteous also friendly!! Great job Dunkin! I love ya!!
Vegetarian options: That's not a vegetarian menu however they offer so many various good products a vegetarian is able to eat,
Parking: There's plenty of parking available right up front or you can park in the available parking area on the property
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves the avocado wrap and the munchkins!!
