Ordered delivery for my son's school. They were going to have a pizza party on the last day before winter break instead of school lunch. Therefore the cafeteria did not prepare lunch for students in his class since I was providing mazzios. Come to find out they only sent 3 of the 6 pizzas I ordered. I was driving my school bus while this was all going on so I couldn't do anything about it and the earliest they could get more pieces to his school was 45 minutes so I had to order some from Domino's and they were delivered in about 15 to 20 minutes. It was quite embarrassing to be honest... I felt so bad for the kids

I have never experienced a level of customer service this abysmal. We tried to place an order online, but it wouldn't go through. At 1:14pm we called the Del City store and, after PROVIDING A PHONE NUMBER, they were able to find the order to get it pushed through and paid for. At 2:20pm we still did not have our order. We called again, PROVIDED A PHONE NUMBER, and were told our food was ready, but they were waiting for a driver to return, it would be at least 20 more minutes, while our food sat getting cold. We were advised to call back if we had not received our order by 2:40pm. At 2:45pm we called back and were told the problem was that they did not have an address to deliver to. So, for another 20 minutes, our food sat getting cold. After speaking to the store twice before, we were not once asked for an address, nor had they called to ask for one. We were then put on hold multiple times and when we were finally able to speak with someone AND PROVIDED A PHONE NUMBER to find our order, we were told that they couldn't call us and ask for an address, because they DIDN'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. The representative was rude, uncooperative, and acted as though we were at fault. The only options he offered was to send us our now cold food or cancel the order for a refund. So, now, almost two hours later, we have no pizza and zero compensation for our time, inconvenience, or lack of customer service. The least they could have done was offer to remake our food so that it was fresh and hot or offer a discount on our next order. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, work ethic, and customer service exhibited by the management of this location.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They completely dropped the ball on customer service and communication. If we had received our food, it would have been cold and gross because they took so long to even tell us the address was missing due to their website's malfunction despite calling them twice.Their website did not work despite several attempts so we called to place order. After asking for phone and name, they told us we had placed order 10 times, but had no payment info. We corrected that and they told us the order would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour.Hour passes, so we call back. After asking for phone and name, they say they are waiting on driver and it should here in 20 minutes. If not, call back.20 minutes came and passed so we called back. After asking for phone and name, they then tell us our address was not on file. Mind you, they never called us to correct this issue despite having number on file for well over an hour. They then tranfer us and put us on hold several times. One representative even said we were not the first ones to have this issue. Each representative asked for number to confirm order. Last representative, when asked why the store hadn't called us about the address, replied they couldn't call BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE OUR NUMBER. When we responded that they asked for our number before even addressing the issue, they lied and said they only asked for name.They didn't offer any compensation, and only offered a refund because we canceled the order despite, the fact our food was now gross, they dropped the ball so hard, and lying to us. This Mazzio's is a hard pass from now on.

First, the online ordering process was difficult and bugging. When I called I had to give my number and name to make the order. Turns out the online order sent in 10 times but did not take the payment. I gave them my payment information over the phone and was told we were good to go and it would be 45min to an hour. An hour went by and still no food, I called to check. I had to give my number and name again and was told that the delivery was waiting on a driver and to call back again if it hadn't been delivered in 20min. 20min pass and still no food. I call again give my number and name asking about the order and at this point was told that there was no address on the order. They transfer me to customer service and I tell them my name and number and what happened, they then transferred me again. Repeat that again. Then they finally take my address say it isn't the first time this happened. I ask why at any point they did not inform me of the address issue or call me to tell me, I was told that my number wasn't on file. I asked for a refund and was told that the order could be voided and refunded. During the call my questions were disregarded, and I was talked over. The call was terminated on their end as soon as I confirmed that the order should be voided and they said thank you for calling mazzios.

I am so disappointed?. First time ordering From this location and definitely will be my last. Neverr had an issue with Mazzios. Paid $25 for some type of wing pieces. So I definitely didn't get the 20 wings I paid for. And the 3 calazones made poorly as well. If my children weren't hungry I definitely wouldn't have accepted it. The taste was off on one of the calazones and I should have known by the way the color different than the other 2.

I was a little disappointed with my supreme pizzas, but I realized I got what I paid for. I ordered the price buster pizzas. Another thing about our pizzas was the crust was dusted with cinnamon and sugar. I'm just going to say it wasn't the worst thing we've ever eaten, but it wasn't good either. The service was great though. The lady was so nice.
