New design, horrible service. They took so long I thought I was getting fresh patties. I got burnt dry ones that seemed like they were hours old and reheated. My fry box was half full and mostly the small burnt bits. For $13 this is totally unacceptable!!!

The remodel is terrible. There is less seating options in the kids area. Also you have to ask for refills and sometimes you will have to stand there for awhile before someone comes from the back to help.

If you live in Oklahoma and ever go through Del city do be warned; DO NOT EAT at the location on SE 29th St. It's not worth your time and in fact saves you less time than if you cooked it yourself! I waited for a MOBILE APP ORDER in the driv thru for a few sandwiches for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the workers and the night manager sat there laughing it up and chatting the whole time. After all that they had the nerve to say have a good night... like no thanks to you incompetent people! WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS ANYWHERE!!

I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with 3 pumps sugar and some drizzles in it. When it arrived and I tasted it, it was like pure espresso so bitter that it can’t be consumed. I tried calling the number on their site to get in touch with someone about a replacement and it gives me “sorry the person you are trying to reach, has not set up their voicemail box. Please try your call again later”. So I can’t even call to let them know it wasn’t right.

If you live near and try to order delivery via the app, the app does not know they are closed for remodel and does not let you choose a different location. You will get an "order canceled message 10 minutes later. "Randy" from mcdonald support says it is a limitation of the app that mcdonalds doesn't know that a mcdonalds location is closed. He did say he wpukd refund my order to which i responded "ya, you better."
My spouse run restaurants and when I told her, she said it is the responsibility of the restaurant to update the delivery service that they are not doing delivery. Either way, already felt guilty enough tryna order mcdonalds delivery. 0/10 experience lol

I came at 12:30am I tried to order with my code and I also had my friend tried to order with a code they said they could only take one at the moment so I said okay i pull over to the next window where this lady is yelling at a customer I waited for over 30 min for some cold French fries I don’t do reviews but theses over night people where rude and unprofessional yelling at people because they messed up there order.
