This location is known for making the lobby orders wait a long time on purpose. I’ve seen on numerous days, just in the last two weeks, the workers here make DoorDash pick-ups wait for 20-30 minutes, affecting their money out of spite. Pure evilness! Then today, when I made My order in the lobby on their kiosk, I asked for regular mustard on My chicken sandwich, and they purposefully added a micro-baby-small-amount. Almost everybody that works here seems miserable.

These people can't even give you the correct order .. then when you try to call them they don't even answer the dam phone . I called them all dam day long to tell them they messed up my order but they don't answer the dam phone period. This place is a dam joke . And they charge more than the other McDonalds do for their food . I call B.S.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this place really deserves it. Not one part of my experience this afternoon for lunch was pleasant. The person taking the order wasn't friendly, took over 15 minutes for one meal, the food was not fresh and again, the customer service was awful. So bad I deleted my app and won't be going to any McDonald's.

TERRIBLE experience! First of all we ordered our food on the mobile app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. We provided the code and the lady says we are having technical issues and we had to order regularly. We had asked if we will get a refund and she said the orders aren’t even going through. I had a feeling we weren’t getting our money back or our many points we used to get this food and sure enough we did not get our points or money back. I will NEVER be coming here again and am very disappointed in them. The people working the drive-thru are very rude and got annoyed with us when we simply asked for Mayo packets. This is not the first time we have had horrible experiences at this location but this was the icing on the cake
