If you have any desire to change how something is prepares, like a chicken sandwich without the lettuce and mayo know that you're getting a chicken sandwich with the lettuce and mayo.

I just ordered a frappe and I was halfway done with it and there was a dead fly in the middle of my drink. I sucked it up through a straw. I’m beyond upset. I called and told the manager, and he said he would look to see, but they just cleaned the machine.very disappointed i made sure to take a picture but i can’t figure out how to post it I would give it zero stars, but it won’t let me

Would be nice if their drive thru trans worker actually listened. Ordered 2 STEAK egg and cheese bagels with no cheese. Got two sausage bagels with extra cheese. Thanks guys. You obviously can't handle basic instructions.
