I order carry out so I can avoid giving a tip to the driver well now at the drive-thru line they are asking for tips The guy got all pissed off because I gave him a $1 tip he made me feel forced to give a tip or he was going to get upset this is a bunch of crap that they are asking for tips at the drive-thru pay the employees more if they're that much in need of money don't make me feel uncomfortable

I have to order at the del City pizza hut because midwest city keeps burning my kids pizza and it makes them sad, I mean come on.. we pay for edible food not burnt food.. quality has gone down in midwest City

Driver was rude and didnt follow delivery instructions. Called and was rude on the phone bc he couldn't find apartment then when he found us knocked like police and woke the baby up. I specifically asked to ring doorbell and leave but Ofc they knocked like the police got dogs barking and a sleepy baby crying. Didn't even say anything just shoved pizza at me and left.

This place doesn’t get enough credit for the few hard working employees they have and the amount of orders they get around dinner time all 7 days a week. I enjoy ordering carry out from here through the app because of the deals you get. I wouldn’t recommend doing delivery though because they always seem to be short delivery drivers and they take a long time due to having what seems to be only one on shift (which I understand but not everyone does). Anytime I go in there to get my carry out the service is always friendly and my food is always fresh, only downside is these poor people always seem to be behind because it doesn’t seem they have enough employees for any job type at this location. My only real problem with this place is the fact that it’s located in the shady part of town and a lot of weirdos are out roaming around by the building and sometimes wander in there trying to panhandle. Like I said, this place is not that bad but people give it a bad rep because they don’t have enough employees and they’re in a bad part of town, but this is my go-to place.

25$ for a medium pizza and they still got it wrong. This store has messed up my order over 4 times. Manager told me to bring pizza back and would give me my money back after I go to store manager said I was to rude and refused to give me my money back. Then called the cops and told them I was trespassing. I will only be ordering from Domino's for now on at least they check the order before delivering it.

Everyone working here whether it’s for delivery or pickup needs to work somewhere else where being rude and incompetent is a plus.
Girl at the counter can't read, so she looks over my order twice as i wait there 30 minutes for my food, granted I was 10 minutes early. My food had been ready the entire time, but because she is unable to read, my food stayed there getting cold. I should have just walked out when I found out tbh, but I paid for it because my wife was hungry.

These people don’t know how to do extra sauce let alone normal sauce. Multiple times they wouldn’t put extra sauce on my and sometimes there would just straight up be no sauce. I would have to call the store every time just to remind them that I ordered extra sauce or they wouldn’t.
