I cant put a 0 on here. never order from this pizza hut ever again. We orderd a pizza from here and it never showed up. Called the store and talked to a worker and asked to talk to the manager. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone to talk to us,worker was told they are too busy . What kind of manager is that? Maybe because it has a very low star reviews.Why does Pizza Hut have this person in charge who wont even talk to their customer? We entered the address and an hour later,no pizza. And when you pay for it its automatic,but your money isnt refunded until 3 to 5 days. Why not just own your mistake? No wonder franchise's arent around anymore.

The food is ok girls love the stuff crust. Don't like the pepperoni too spicy. The boneless wings were small amd over cooked they were hard to bite probably won't get those again.

For the second week in a row, this location has failed miserably to uphold the slightest standards in delivery. Last week the order was incomplete and since they're using DoorDash drivers, it took over an hour to find another driver to complete the order. This week, they claim they didn't even get the order despite the fact that we received a confirmation email. When called almost an hour and a half after the order, they claimed they never received it. After requesting to speak to a manager, I was on hold for 10 minutes. After calling back again, I asked to just cancel the order and refund, and was told they "don't do refunds."
The obvious disregard for customers has assured that this location absolutely will not get my business again, and should not be patronized by other locals until they fix their issues.

Pizza Hut is amazing but don’t come to this one. The people will literally open the window but never say a word while they play on their phones. They are rude and I will drive 25minutes out of my way to a better place when I want Pizza Hut. If you are looking at this place for food definitely go to dominoes off 29th Street they will treat you better than Pizza Hut off of Sunnylane in Del city.

Order online the youll actually get enough food to eat and pick it up makes it cheaper for your family.
Make sure before you leave the "pizza" has "sauce" tried taking a pizza back today that had no sauce at all it was cheese bread with the two toppings I also paid for.
Needless to say the "sweet" guy got to talking crazy to the wife refused the refund. So in return some one cleaned that pizza up in that pizza hut for the 20 bucks they took from us.
You don't treat people like that making the wage you do, that's why some people are where they are in life.

I've used this pizza hut for over two decades. This particular night, the pepperoni looked like it had been scorched, and the rest of the pizza was as dry as the d desert .
I ordered the BIG family box, and got 3 regular medium pizzas, not the deep dish offered. And the sauces are ice cold. No expiation to why I didn’t get what I paid for. The KID working seemed more worried about their conversation than the guests paying for dinner.

I called for delivery and the driver didn't give our CHANGE back. When i called they said it was door dash that has to give my change. I DIDN'T CALL DOOR DASH I CALLED PIZZA HUT AND THEY CALLED DOOR DASH. THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY MONEY. I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE TO LOCATE THE DASHER

Ordered LG pepperoni pizza... Crust burnt, no pizza sauce or very, very light bit, hardly any pepperoni or cheese! Seriously like eating _burnt cardboard_never again. Ordered from _Dominos on SE 29th and Sooner_ pizza was perfect and $10 cheaper!
