My spouse and I have been coming consistently for weeks now. I'm in love with the lemonades and polar parfaits! Just wanted to say, they are doing great work here! This time my cashier was Laci. Snowcones were awesome! The kids really liked it. I've seen a few reviews about prices (which aren't that bad at all compared to other snowcone places) but this place also does a happy hour every day where the snow cones are half price!
They also are pretty good about filling the cup up with syrup and don't charge you if you ask for extra or want more than 1 flavor like most places do.
You guys are doing a great job, just remember you can't please all of the people, all of the time. You guys rock!

$4 for a large snow cone (which really was a medium) & not enough juice. I’d rather go to sonic or bahama bucks, at least I know I will get the size I ask for with the juice.

This is mine and my grandkids favorite chill spot . We love the happy hour and the specialty sno cones are ?! We also love the new picnic tables they added !

We have absolutely loved having Polar Rush nearby. It's always very clean, the workers are happy to be there, and you can't beat daily half priced snow cones from 3-5. It's a really affordable treat that my kids enjoy, and I love that we aren't stuck outside of a snow cone stand melting in the heat/swatting at flies. :)

Desmond is the best!!!! He was super polite and the epitome of professionalism! He even offered me a drink holder for my order without me having to say anything. I'll definitely highly recommend Desmond's stellar service and the delicious snowcones here!

So this guy made a sugar-free syrup for me. It was really nice of him. My daughter loved her yellow birthday cake flavor. I looked at their menu and I can't wait to go back.
Kid-friendliness: I told him my daughter wanted yellow birthday cake because that's what she kept telling me. He knew exactly what she wanted.

The atmosphere and service were five star, but the snowcones themselves were unfortunately really disappointing in my first/only experience so far. We spent over $20 on four snowcones and only the specialty snowcone was juicy. I always order extra syrup wherever I go cause it seems like inflation has caused many snowcone stands to go extra skimpy on the syrup. Even with paying for extra syrup on mine, I got less syrup than I’ve ever gotten anywhere and I’ve had some pretty dry snowcones before.This snowcone was white on the top within just two minutes or less and my ice formed as one big chunk rocking side to side in the cup. The people were GREAT, great attitudes, great conversation, great service. I mighty give this place one more shot, but it really was very surprising and disappointing. If I’m paying for more, I don’t understand why places won’t just give more. Some people like a very syrupy, sloshy snowcone lol.Also this picture was taken after just a couple bites off the top, no sucking through the straw whatsoever. It looked like I sucked all the juice out.

I was quite suprised as to how good this was quaint little local dessert shop. I am usually a snow cone hater but they pit more than enough Syrup to make it quite good.
