5 stars! Salad and Go was fantastic from start to finish. Gianna, Emily, Josh, and Lexi were phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. My order was taken and ready in just minutes, and everything was fresh, crisp, and perfectly prepared. The customer service was top-notch: they greeted me with a smile, answered my questions about menu options, and double-checked my order for accuracy. The portions were generous, the flavors were spot-on, and the whole experience was incredibly efficient. Always a pleasure experience but when I got to work I realized they put chicken instead of steak that is charged extra 😢 double check your order before leaving when it’s busy… otherwise the food is amazing as always!

Ordered Southwest Burrito w/salsa. Burrito was dry, salsa didn't help. Will give another chance by adding a sauce to Burrito.

Passed through on my way to California and stopped here for a quick lunch/early dinner since it was the only thing I saw that looked fast, easy, and somewhat healthy.
I was honestly super surprised at how good it was. I got the tofu fajita wrap and my partner got the tofu Thai wrap. The flour tortillas are solid (in flavor and structure). The only difficulty was trying to eat while driving because they were so stuffed full they got a little messy.
One thing to note; you cannot go inside-it’s drive-thru only.

We go to salad and go quite often. The staff is always extremely friendly and a joy to have conversations with. The food is always good. Sometimes we get a avacado that’s not quite ripe but not often. We did get a buffalo chicken wrap that was just inedible I believe they added too much vinegar. We did call the store as we were already 30 minutes down the highway before we tasted it and didn’t turn around but I left a voicemail. The manager never contacted back but corporate did.
