The drinks here are really, really good! But, the service is sooooooooooooooooooooo slow. I only order drinks and I place my orders through the app and it still takes them at least 5 or 10 minutes to bring it outside to my car. The drinks are so good, that I hate to go to another Sonic but I also hate my time being wasted for a simple drink. I will add that the manager Matt is super nice though.

Arrived at 3:55 pm to get a drink. Happy hour ended at 4:00 pm. I waited SIX minutes with order light pressed and at 4:01 pm…they wouldn’t honor the Happy Hour price. I pushed the button at 3:55 pm. Poor customer service.

I ordered through the app then sat in the parking waiting for my food for 20 mins. Come to find out they gave it to someone else. I tried to call the store but the phone was busy i would like to be refunded for the order I never received.

Sunday I went order 2 breakfast toaster & a drink,I told the lady taking order that the drink on screen was wrong,she said it wasn't on her side so I waited for drink,got the drink IT WAS WRONG. The order was wrong a girl ran out to my car & said can I check your sack wrong order,then while waiting on drink I was brought my order,then a few minutes later brought my drink. Drink was still wrong & food was cold no apology or anything. Ill go to another Sonic even tho this one is in my neighborhood.

britnay is so rude and never gives us our drinks always tends to other people before us even when we’re here before them she always begs for a tip even when she’s been tipped she makes our experience horrible.

They blatantly lie to you saying they have more cars on their lot than expected when there were five open stalls if not more so how do you have to many people on your lot to keep up probably because half of your employees are outside taking a break instead of working. Shouldn't take over thirty minutes to get your food. Which we never did end up recieveing because they never came out after another ten minutes after asking if they forgot us. Will never return to this sonic again they are trash.

Always slower than the other sonics and wild because the food looks slapped together. Never friendly on the intercom, rarely even have a smile when bringing food. Many of the touchscreens don’t work and that probably hurts tips for the carhops.

The chili cheese wrap is 3.59, so when I gave 4.00 I got back .25 cents instead of .41 cents. I guess the car hops in oklahoma aren't good at simple arithmetic. Thanks for letting me wait 5 minutes while you chatted to your coworkers and brought back the wrong change.
