i dont know whats wrong with the people in here but the order said two burgers two tots and two drinks and this girl came out handing me a coney and two drinks. i went back to ask about the order being wrong they couldnt even figure out how to write things down if they are missing the order. seems like they hired a crew that cant handle a simple job.

Got a toaster sandwich and the 3 pieces of bacon didn't even reach half of the sandwich.. they were so small its like there wasn't any on there at all.. was not happy at all with the sandwich

2/26/23 made our order at 5:58 pm just one meal and two drinks. At 6:18, twenty minutes later we pressed the button again and just asked if our order was still coming. a few minutes later it’s brought out but the food is cold and sonic shouldn’t take 25 minutes when it’s not even busy.

Very disrespectful very rude employees working on night shift y'all need to do better don't go there it is a waste of time they are very slow and then get mad and disrespectful when you asked how long it takes to take a order to someone In there car after it's ready on the screen sat there for at least 7 minutes after my order was supposedly ready I'll take my business else where

The food was horrible came with a PC of lettuce. Ask for extra mayo on both sides the bun nope and one piece of burnt bacon? heck Whataburger give u 3 full pieces of bacon...fries was cold...the car hop was quick n polite but the quality of food means it been setting longer than hold time ??♀️
I usually like sonic but there really going downhill.. tried ordering the trick or treat shake( still shows on there app) tried ordering in person they no longer have it. Which is ok. Then paid $30 for two drinks two sides and the two new garlic burger (two TINY pieces of burnt bacon and no garlic flavor just onion) and hickory burger (no sauce no flavor just straight normal burger for $10. Very disappointed in the food now.

I waited for 40 minutes for my order of ice-cream for my 3 kids and a drink for myself. The ice-cream was melted by the time the car hop brought the order out and had too many orders on her tray. I have tried calling the store multiple times to complain but the phone just rings there is no answer. All around very disappointing sonic location.
