Didn’t even put peanut butter in one of the shake. There was 2 items and at had to wait 25 minutes. Their excuse was they were busy but we literally watched everyone that pulled in. If you can’t handle three orders between two people you need to have more people there. Also didn’t give me my receipt at first and I’m pretty sure it’s because they didn’t want us to call in about how terrible the service and the food was. How is my ice cream melted with 3 people waiting.

We tried to go there tonight to order just a couple of drinks and we're completely ignored both times we hit the button in the stall and when we tried to go through the drive thru. They answered every the only other two stalls that were beside us with no issues and even took the order of the person infront of us. Everytime we go to this location we have problems, either with staff or with the food quality.

I will never come to this location again. My food was 20 minutes later than what the app said it would be ready than it said on the screen.That someone was on their way with my food. Another five minutes goes by before she came out and when I finally got my pretzel, there was no cheese so then I had to wait another five minutes to bring me that

Went here a few nights ago and they had EcoSure out spraying the inside of the store for I assume pests. The drinks we got didn't taste right. Had a chemical taste to them like the fountain cleaner had been run through before making our drinks. Good was also out of temp and likely spoiled from how the burger patty looked. Didn't even try to eat it. Went one more time because I accidentally mobile ordered to this store. Drinks had something chunky in them. Like chunks of mold or bad fruit. Won't be back to this location as I don't think the food and drinks are safe. Servers are also very rude and just shove your order at you and run off.

By far the worst sonic i have ever been too. Food was horrible old dry and nasty they messed our order up and when asked to fix it the manager on duty acted like it was a sever inconvenience that we asked for the right order. Also the drinks tasted like straight syrup. Being a former gm of a sonic this sonic makes me sad.

Piss poor ass service here, idk what manager is on duty, but I ordered the number 3 with cheese, no mayo or ketchup had them remake the burger because it was cold and bring back a supposedly fresh burger looked like a 5 year old put it together used the same wrapper, unwrapped the burger and it was messy as hell. The car hop that brought it was too cute and didn't apologize or anything and I asked for my money back. I will never come back to this location....PERIOD!!!!!!!!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. This is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience at this location. They are always severely understaffed for starters so I always anticipate a wait but today I ordered 2 simple items for my toddler (a frito chili cheese wrap and a small tater tots) and waited 28 minutes for my order just to get home and see it was very poorly made and seemed like it had been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing the entire meal away. A waste of money and time. They will never get my business again.

Went for dinner with my kids. We went through the drive-thru and the service was good, employee was friendly. No issue with that part at all. When we got home and unpacked our food, my kids burgers were a little burned and the tots were very hard. After finishing his drink, my son took the lid off his drink to finish off his ice. That’s when he noticed a fly wing frozen in a piece of ice. We were disgusted and this is the last time we visit this Sonic.
