Fritos in the fritos chili pie were stale. The chili was unpleasant as well.

They mess up every time I go over there for breakfast or they're out or something. And if you want something else, they give you give you cheaper instead, they have equal to greater value today they were out of sausage

Put in an online order, checked in the app when I got there and waited 10 minutes. Showed up on the screen they were bringing it out and nobody came out. Pushed the button to let them know I was here waiting for it and they tried to argue and say they didn't have an order for me.

We went through the drive thru and to start with the drive thru person had to ask 4 or 5 times what I said. All I asked for was a vanilla Dr Pepper with light ice. Then she handed me a broken cup and the drink went everywhere inside my car and then she gave me a new drink and it is a completely different drink. No vanilla. No light ice. And it’s not Dr Pepper. Also the worker was high on something she was slurring her words and obviously could not do her job.

Burnt food had to come back after returning food. They took 20 minutes to replace it. With no one else in the parking lot, but me keep in mind. It was only one item.

4225 S Sunnylane location: This location is poorly managed, rarely has enough staff to service patrons and are extremely slow. Last time with me being the only car in the drive-through line and only ordering drinks they answered the speaker telling me it may be 15 or 20 minutes because they’re shortstaffed today I’m in the drive-through lane and the person in the drive-through barely spoke did not have enough volume and when we asked them to clarify what they’re saying never came back on the speaker and now we’re waiting on one car that’s been here eight minutes And no idea if we’re ever gonna get our drink. I don’t know if this is a corporate store or individually owned but somebody needs to get control of their investment and either run it right or close a damn thing down.
Update: received a response back to sonic that basically said if you want us to share your review with the franchise owner to call this number or reach out to us on this link. It never fails me how poor sonic’s marketing department has run that only do their apps not work well But they don’t handle customer complaints seriously. Of course, if I left a negative review I want it shared with the franchise owner that should be an automatic process. Secondly the link doesn’t work. It doesn’t take you to anything specific to your complaint. It’s just another general sonic site. Third I called the phone number listed to discuss the complaint. It says the call will be answered in under five minutes over 17 minutes later I gave up. Another example of their incompetence or in consideration is when they decided to change their half price drinks in their app to limit to only one drink per your order they made this change without any prior notification or communication. For a week even the sonic people at the sonic locations didn’t know what the hell was going on somebody seriously needs to take a closer look at the apartments responsible for these findings and maybe you actually need to talk to a customer like me to give you real reviews on how some departments in your operation are failing here as a business.

They always, without fail, literally 100% of the time leave something out of our order. I don’t get it. Is this how y’all make yourselves extra money and save inventory?

Didn’t even put peanut butter in one of the shake. There was 2 items and at had to wait 25 minutes. Their excuse was they were busy but we literally watched everyone that pulled in. If you can’t handle three orders between two people you need to have more people there. Also didn’t give me my receipt at first and I’m pretty sure it’s because they didn’t want us to call in about how terrible the service and the food was. How is my ice cream melted with 3 people waiting.
